Great for group of friends or family
This property is perfectly situated right on Canyon Lake! We enjoyed the wonderful sunrises and enjoyed the patios at sunsets. It is gorgeous and clean with all amenities needed for a short term or a long week's stay. It was relaxing and seemed like far from the city yet with very convenient close by store(s) and restaurants. Don't hesitate, we will definetly come back.

On the up side house was nice and clean when we arrived. Location of house was close to the boat ramp that made for easy access to the lake. On the down side, the drive way to the house was very small and guest had to leave their vehicles at the boat ramp for parking. House had amazing views of the lake from back porch but was hard to enjoy because of construction crews building house next door. Loud hammering, drills and generators all day everyday we were there from sun up to sun down. Spent $800 dollars at the grocery store to prepare meals at the house to find out refrigerator did not stay cold and we had to keep all the food in coolers inside the home. Freezer side was cold but not cold enough to freeze anything and had to throw out the kids ice cream. With the inconveniences we still managed to make the best of it and had a good time. Would not recommend this property to anyone until the construction next door is completed and the refrigerator is replaced.

Perfect getaway
Property was beautiful and very clean. Gorgeous view of the lake, from inside and from the 2 decks. Access to the beach, about a 3 minute walk, teenages swam and used a kayak. The kids especially loved the bunk room. Outdoor lighting was spectacular. Grill worked well. All appliances in good working order. The place was just very fun and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Excellent for small groups!
3 families got together for a weekend. Outdoor various levels were ideal! Layout inside was great! Bunk room was AMAZING! House was very well organized and clean. We will come back! Considering adding a washroom onto the back of the bunk room would be helpful. Also, a gazebo or cabana by the water for some shade would also be amazing.

Beautiful Lake House
We had such a wonderful time this past weekend! The rooms were spacious, uniquely decorated and the beds were comfy! Big beautiful dining room table and plenty of living room seating! The view was stunning and we really enjoyed our coffee sitting on the deck in the morning, watching the deer! We felt right at home in this quaint little peace of paradise! We will definitely be back!

Lake Front View
House was nice and had wonderful views. Had a few minor issues but management company was quick to respond by text and take care of it. Neighbors are quite and respectful. There are lots of deer around and we had fun feeding them some deer corn that we picked up at the near by Lowes Grocery Store. They have pretty much everything you will need, otherwise you would have to drive about 15 miles to the nearest HEB. The only con was that the deck string lights didn't work and was unable to resolve it during our stay. It made it hard to see if you wanted to hang out on the decks at night.

Location was great. Water access and outdoor fire pit was important and this place had both. Unfortunately fire ban didn't allow us to use the fire pit. BIG annoying negative at this house was the neighbors pool pump, sounded horrible and ran from early morning to 11pm! Really took away from the scenic view on the decks of this house. Also only 2 stars for cleanliness. A little extra cleaning would make this place excellent.

Great spot with amazing view.
Great space for a group with plenty of beds and lots of seating in the living area. Short walk to the lake from the back deck. Beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend.

The house and location were absolutely wonderful! The owners were attentive and accommodating. The interior was very clean and neatly decorated. The only negatives that were encountered was that the gas grill is in very bad shape and the spiders and webs are everywhere on the exterior. But all around we had a great experience.

We loved this house! Great space for a group with plenty of beds and large living room/dining room with lots of seating. Also great access to the lake! Definitely recommend it and hope to be back!

Family vacation
The property is awesome and has great lake access. For anyone with older adults or very young children, the trip to and from the lake is tough. Be sure to bring staples such as salt and pepper etc as nothing like that is available at the home. There are many deer that visit the property. I would recommend stopping to buy deer corn as feeding the deer was one of the highlights of our mornings. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay!

Cozy home on the lake
Our family enjoys travelling and always stay in rental homes when doing so. This is the nicest rental we have enjoyed. Like other reviewers stated, the hill down to the lake is steep. Even our strongest person dreaded hauling up our gear at the end of the trip. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Neighbor is also a rental house and they were very loud a couple of nights.

Can’t beat these wonderful Lakefront Views
Fantastic property on scenic Canyon Lake with great amenities for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of deer to enjoy on the property, easy access to the lake and wonderful decks to enjoy the views. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware. Property manager was eager to assist and kept communication going throughout our stay. Although we did experience minor electrical outages with the deck string lights and the security alarm went off unintentionally one evening, these issues were easily overlooked and didn’t detract from our vacation at all. Highly recommend this lovely home and would come back in a heartbeat.
