Khách sạn trang thiết bị tốt, vị trí đẹp. Rất không hài lòng với lễ tân đã không hướng dẫn tốt cho khách đỗ xe ô tô vị trí hợp lý vào khung giờ cấm đường dành cho phố đi bộ. Rất hy vọng khách sạn sẽ chấn chỉnh nhân viên lễ tân làm việc có trách nhiệm hơn.
