It was a perfect house for our group of 12. The prepared meals were outstanding and the service was the best. The manager was on site twice everyday and took requests for the grocery store. The private pool was the best and one beach was very walkable. I would highly recommend Villa Capri.

Highly recommend Villa Capri. Our stay at this villa was wonderful! With ample space for 17 adults, we never felt crowded—whether we were gathered together or seeking a quiet moment, the design of the villa allowed for both lively socializing and peaceful solitude, making it the ideal getaway for a large group with varied preferences. One of the best decisions we made was opting for the pre-stocking package. Arriving to a fully stocked kitchen meant we could immediately settle in, relax and enjoy a meal. As well, we highly recommend the food/beverage package for the entire stay! The villa’s staff prepared incredible breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, accommodating our diverse dietary needs with ease. It was like having our own private all-inclusive resort, with delicious, freshly made meals every day.Kris was responsive, detailed and accommodating. AND the staff was incredibly attentive.Beyond the outstanding service, the villa itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset from the terrace, or strolling to the two nearby public beaches (be prepared for some hills!), the location was perfect.The only downside? Beautiful house
Kris was an amazing hostess, took care of all of our needs! Prestocking fridge, groceries daily, marie and flava were amazing cooks as well as their staff. The house had enough room for everyone to have space if needed. Only issues was the distance to the beach. It is downhill to go and completely uphill to return. 2 beaches within walking distance and definitely a workout if not in shape. Most of our group was fine with it. There were chairs to take to beach tooThe pics of pool and some rooms make it seem bigger than it is but both were totally fine just not what we were used to booking a house this size. All rooms had their own bath, TV and A/C. Common area with TV where we watched superbowl and the kitchen staff made us delicious chicken wings. Kris took care of setting up excursions and we did a sea boat tour to mud baths, pitons, waterfall etc it was great. other tours like fishing which was great and a hike to Waterfalls. We also did the street fair it was a rainy day still fun! Oh donald was the most attentive driver and his wife glenna! They were fantasic start to finish... whether a few people wanted to go shopping or beach he hands down made it seamless and no stress! But definitely worth the trip and .. ... don't sweat anything kris and staff will take care of it all. Definitely pay the 10% fee for kris to grocery shop and the groceries for meals. Makes for a solid stressless vacation. We're not picky eaters and it was 40 pp/pd to eat, drink and be merry.

Beautiful villa with an amazing staff
We were a group of 12 long time friends ranging in age from mid-60’s to mid-70’s. Kris, the property manager, and her staff were just exceptional. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. They went above and beyond on all fronts. The villa itself was wonderful with numerous comfortable outdoor sitting areas. Rooms were cleaned daily. The only drawback was the incredible steepness of the driveway we negotiated in order to walk from there with steep streets to then conquer. The villa itself had a number of staircases between the pool, patios, rooms, and dining areas so not handicap friendly. Still, we had a wonderful time and will always remember Kris’ excellent service.

Our recent stay at Villa Capri was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled amidst lush tropical greenery and overlooking the breathtaking Caribbean Sea, this villa offered an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The villa itself was impeccable with a perfect Caribbean charm. Bedrooms opened onto a private terrace with panoramic views of the ocean, where we could enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktails with privacy from the rest of the group. The staff at Villa Capri were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The concierge service was attentive and knowledgeable, providing us with excellent recommendations for local excursions and dining options. We did not dine out much with the amazing cooks, we had local foods and our home favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our stay at Villa Capri surpassed all expectations. Whether relaxing by the pool, savoring gourmet meals, or simply taking in the stunning sunsets, every moment felt like a true escape from the everyday. It's rare to find a destination that combines such natural beauty with impeccable hospitality, making Villa Capri a place we can't wait to return to! Looking for your own private all-inclusive in St Lucia? This is the place! The staff is incredible, Kris went above and beyond to seek our favorite liquor brands, food, tours. The cooks are amazing. The best part is the affordability compared to staying at one of the islands all-inclusives. Stay here with your friends for half the price with privacy and homemade food! Overall the property is older and therefore appears older but it is incredibly clean. 5* Cap Maison Resort is a 7 minute walk with the best restaurants. In a quiet residential area, no car required Kris will arrange a driver. We all did our own thing never felt house bound. Loved this place.. Outside space was awesome ( beautiful view) house was super clean,staff was wonderful, great food!!! Loved the proximity to the beaches ( minus the hills 😀)..host Kris was incredibly helpful with anything that our group needed!! Had a wonderful anniversary with incredible family and friends!!! Karla & Chris Great place to vacation! The food, service, and staff were very attentive and friendly. Kris checked in on us frequently to ensure we were well stocked with beverages, to purchase our preferred foods, and to help us book excursions. We loved the close proximity to two beaches, one with a restaurant and snorkeling and the other with a huge sandy beach. The house was clean, the views fantastic, the pool was soothing, and they even had a chest of snorkeling equipment! Absolutely loved our stay, John & Laura

We visited Villa Capri with 2 other families (7 kids) and our stay was fantastic. The food was amazing as well as the staff! Kris is absolutely the best at what she does by setting up excursions and making sure all our needs were met. The location of the villa was also very convenient to walk to two gorgeous beaches. We loved our stay!

Funtime in St Lucia
Kris was beyond helpful with our needs...making sure we had snacks, drinks and rides for our fun excursions.We could walk to 2 different beaches and found that the house had everything we needed.We found the food to be interesting. I am sure we could have worked more closely on the menu but were happy just eating and enjoying our time together. Great memories were made.

40th Birthday party for the BOOKS!
This place is a truly magical place! Kris is absolutely the best at what she does! The staff is top notch, and are the most friendly humans on this planet! The only thing I would change….is NOTHING AT ALL! If you love good food, and like to eat local! Then let Kris and her staff have full control of the meals! Trust me! We had several foodies and a chef in our group, and every meal was phenomenal! Donald and his taxi business are the best as well! Do yourself a favor and book this place now! You will not regret a thing.

Wonderful Cap Estate Villa
Our family of 20 had a really great stay at Villa Capri. The property is large and well cared for, with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Every couple/family enjoyed their own bedroom and bathroom, even those with young children. The staff was excellent, and took care of meals, housekeeping, and grounds management with great care and attention to detail. Flavia, Baptiste, and Odessa were among those who made our stay outstanding. Meals were excellent, and always featured some local cuisine which our group loved. And finally, Kris is among the best house managers we've ever worked with. She helped us plan and book all our outings, scheduling tours and operators who were perfect for our group. We sailed to the Pitons, hiked the Pitons, rode ATVs and took a horseback beach ride, played golf, took a diving trip, and walked down to the beach every day where we swam and snorkeled. She stayed in constant touch with us, and arranged all our transfers. Donald and Glenda carried us all over the island, always arriving for pickups early and making sure we reached our target destination. Donald even helped us navigate an evening at the Gros Islet street party. A truly memorable week.

Fabulous House with Great Manager and Staff
This large house was so perfect for our group of 16 adults and 2 babies. Kris, the Manager, was amazing and efficient and so knowledgable. We enjoyed going to the beach and Kris arranged transportation, meals, food shopping, boat trips and a hiking trip. It was so relaxing to have meals made for us every day. I highly recommend this wonderful rental.

Best Decision you can make
I could write paragraphs about the stay that we had. I could talk about how amazing the food was, how kind the staff was to our group, or the view that we had. BUT I think this will sum up how you are treated at Villa Capri. Our group of 15 wanted to go on the Rum and Chocolate tour but Kris was having a hard time finding a slot for us with all of the other activities that we had booked already. Instead of just saying she was sorry and couldn't find a time for us, she said she would find a way to make it happen. Next thing we know Kris had purchased all of the Rum we would have tasted plus all of the Chocolate. She cleared off the large table on the deck and announced that she was going to host our own private Rum and Chocolate tasting. It didn't stop there as we tasted each paring, she explained the history and flavors of each rum. Our whole group blown away by the amount of effort she put into making sure our stay was amazing and all our needs were met. P.S. we also had a wedding renewal there on top of everything else. THANK YOU KRIS!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic stay for a small retreat
My boss found this property over a year ago and we couldn't have been more excited. Not only is the villa beautiful with outstanding views, the staff is incredibly friendly and the amenities were tremendous! We didn't have to worry about anything. Kris is a fantastic property manager and always answered our questions quickly. We have talked about coming back for next year's retreat! 10/10

Best vacation Villa
Property was very clean and well maintained. Kris our contact met us with her staff when we arrive and dinner was ready for 11 of us. The staff is amazing, especially Ms. Olga, Ms Diane and Yolanda. My mom was 87 yrs old and they helped is celebrate in style with a total of 21 people. Great place to stay close to everything. Thank you Kris and the entire staff.

The communication from Kris and the staff was amazing. We were able to arrange everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and the same as pictured. Wi-Fi was a little spotty but that wasn’t stopping our family from enjoying the scenery and playing our music especially with the Rum Punch was always flowing.

Heavenly Family Vacation
Words cannot describe our time in paradise. Kris was extremely helpful from the time of reservation until the time we left the property. Every request and question was treated as if it was the most important issue of her day. The staff was remarkable and bent over backwards to accommodate our group. Cooking was no easy feat for our group of 13 which contained nut allergy and non seafood. Every meal was prepared with care. The house was everything we imagined. Our group of 13 had plenty of room inside and out. I must admit we spent most of our time outside by the well maintained pool. The only bad thing was our time flew by!! Would highly recommend to any group!

Perfect Family Getaway with all the luxury of home
This house was exaclty as stated in the description. Three families, 14 of us in all, stayed for a week and had the best time ever! All the house staff, from Chris (the manager) to the chefs and house/groundskeeper were friendly, patient and helped make our stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. Yolanda and Diane, made the best food and also made sure everyone in our party had something they liked to eat. We could not have had a better vacation. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time!

Absolutely delightful from start to finish
This was by far one of the most amazing overall experiences that I have had traveling. From start to finish, Kris was a wealth of knowledge and resources. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding, along with her easy going personality. She set up everything needed from fishing trips, full day snorkeling/mud bath/volcano tour, dinner at local restaurants and so much more. It was worry free and hassle free including our return COVID testing. She arranged to have the service to come directly to the house and we had results before the day was over. The Villa is located in a magical spot on the north end of the island. The grounds were beautiful with multiple flowering trees and plants. It was easy access to walk to beautiful beaches which offered dining, cocktails, snorkeling, and sailing. We used the pool multiple times a day and the ground were meticulously kept. The Villa itself was beautiful both inside and out. It was so spacious with multiple outdoor seating/eating areas to chose from. What we really enjoyed was the versatility of being able to be in the sun or in the shade. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 10 to mid 70's. There was something to do on and off the grounds for everyone. The meals and hospitality were top notch. It was like having a personal chef for the entire group 3x a day. It was so nice to not have to wait to get reservations for a large group, etc. Instead we just gathered around the table and enjoyed each other. Not having to clean up ensured that all of us including the parents of the little ones were able to have some time to relax. Honestly, it was so enjoyable and we can't wait to go back! It really felt like it was our home while we were there.

Great 40th celebration
I rented Villa Capri for 5 nights to celebrate my 40th with friends and family. The home was spectacular. The staff and grounds were exactly what we needed to make our party and stay comfortable. Kris was a wonderful host and Yolanda and the crew in the kitchen were top notch. I needed help planning all the details for my birthday party and it went off without a hitch. From a pool party to hiring a steel drum player, dj, bakery, chef, server and bartender, Kris really was instrumental in pulling it all together. My group was very impressed. Photos are accurate and while the space isn’t renovated it really feels comfortable and at home. The only complaint was water pressure in the upstairs rooms were lacking. Thankfully we’re all friends and found it more functional to shower on the first level of the home. That minor issue aside, it was fantastic and I’d absolutely tell someone to enjoy their time at Villa Capri.

Great Family Vacation in St. Lucia!
Our family is back from a great Stay at Villa Capri. It's an ideal location on the North End of the island. The two beaches are VERY walkable for both a 4 yr old and 60+ year old, and both have good snorkeling. One thing I didn't understand until we got there is that all beaches in St. Lucia are public, so you don't feel like you're "sneaking into" the resort to get to the beaches. They have a dedicated "public beach access" gate for visitors. It was wonderful to have space to spread-out. Kim, and her staff of 5 (3 cooks, 1 groundskeeper, and 1 housekeeper) took great care of us. It wasn't pretentious, and it wasn't lacking - just the right balance. Meals were a great mix of some local dishes, extra kid-type foods, and even a special birthday cake for my wife. Kim took care of everything from groceries to recommendations on what hikes and beaches were best and provided a cooler to make our all afternoon beach stays more comfortable. She was also great to communicate leading up to our stay, and during our stay.

More than we could have wised for - truly incredible trip
Thank you to Kris & all the fabulous team at Villa Capri for the most amazing holiday. We all felt so incredibly well looked after, we really can’t thank you all enough. We rented the villa for a multi generation family reunion, ages from 7-80 and the house worked perfectly for all 18 of us. It really was a holiday of a life time! Some comments from others in our group - Kris, the manager, was an excellent resource for refering us to local excursions such as fishing trips, best horse stable, catamaran voyages, and nearby beaches & restaurants. Hello, here are my impressions of Villa Capri: LOCATION: excellent, within walking distance to two beautiful beaches FOOD: excellent, a great variety to suit everyone’s palate. Fresh ingredients and always more than enough VILLA: excellent, plenty of space even with 18 family members. There are many little hideaways tucked away for private time, and a wonderful swimming pool. There is a steep walk up the driveway but it is short STAFF: excellent, Kris, Yolanda, Olga, Diane and Batiste went out of their way to honor our every requests ACTIVITIES: excellent, Kris did an amazing job booking our excursions, from restaurants to horse back riding, to hiking, to scuba diving, to a catamaran trip and the famous mud bath. Best holiday ever!!
