Old Country house has been completely renovated in March 2023 in keeping with the original features of the place. The house features include original wooden beams, terracotta floors and stone walls. GROUND FLOOR: a living room and a cozy but fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. Bathroom on the same floor. FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 1st bedroom with a double bed. 2 nd bedroom has twin beds. Air conditioning in the n° 2 bedrooms on the fist floor. The original structure of the building has been preserved it still retains comfortable period furnishings and every modern convenience has been provided. In the holiday house there is free Wi-Fi. The holiday house is situated on a hill with olive groves and scenic views over Lucca. Outdoor area is of 1000 sqm. The garden is fenced. Just outside the front door there is a gazebo where visitors can eat. The swimming pool is mt 3.75 x mt 6.10 mt deep mt 1.30.

It perfectly suitable, even if the weather is not enough pleasant to stay outside, or during the winter months.
You can also sit around the fireplace in the kitchen, chatting with friends and members of family, with the discreet company of a slowly burning log on the fire.

From the tree topped 'Tower of Palazzo Guinigi ' you can enjoy a splendid view of the town, with its red rooftops, its campaniles and the surrounding countryside which extends out into the distance to catch a view of the majestic profile of the Apuan Alps. 'Via Fillungo' is the most important shopping street and walking towards the centre you will discover 14Chouses, Renaissance loggias and small antique shops situated along the stone-paved alley ways. It is also possible to rent bicycles to ride around the ancient town walls (about 4 kilometres long )
