Apartamento Bellavista 2B:
This magnificent apartment is located in the port of Cala Ratjada, right in front of the sea. Its dimensions are 115m2 of housing and 20m2 of terrace, making a total of 135m2. From the terrace you can admire the beautiful views over the sea and the mountains, while privacy is guaranteed when sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors.
The Bellavista 2ºB apartment stands out for its luminosity and for the good taste when it comes to decorating it. It is located on the first floor of a 3-storey building. Right at the entrance we find a dining room equipped with Satellite-TV, from where we can continue contemplating the waves of the sea. It has an independent kitchen, which has a ceramic hob. It also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160x210cm and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed of 160x210cm and a bathroom with a shower. There is another bedroom with a 180x210cm bed. The three rooms have satellite television, air conditioning / heat pump. The equipment is completed by a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. Highly recommended for a nice vacation near the sea!
The apartment is located in the best restaurant area of the town, as well as very close to other basic services such as shops and supermarkets. The closest beach is the small cove of Na Ferradura, with rocks and sand, although after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Gat. If one day you feel like it, you can also go to the Capdepera golf course, which is only 7 km from the property.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
