On the plus side, the property is convenient and the price was right. We have stayed here many times, but this will be our last. The coffee maker did not work, hairdryer was broken and smelled like it was burning, there are not enough plates, we had to ask for silverware, the bed was not comfortable, and the door latch jammed and was very difficult to open. We will not be returning.

I can’t rate because we didn’t stay. Our plans had change. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get a refund on the booking, somewhat understandable. The person at the office was reasonable but followed the policy… The booking process went well.

The bed was uncomforrable for both nights. The management claimed to have fixed the broken and rotten wood king bed , but did a terrible job at fixing the bed . general manager. We would never , ever go back to Shore Stay Suites of Northhampton County Virginia.

Our room was large and comfortable, check in was easy and friendly. The location is right on the highway which was not a problem for us - we had beautiful sunrise views and it was peaceful. There was not anything walkable from us but we were there just as a place to sleep. The floors, bathroom, bedding and surfaces were very clean, however the interior of the kitchenette cabinets and some of the dishes were dirty. That was the only issue and I did not address it with staff since we were only making coffee. I would stay there again and have no doubt they would address any concerns!

Room was very clean. Air was on and room nice and cool after a hot day of site seeing. Upstairs noise was so so. Could have been some excited kids but finally settled down. I would definitely plan on staying here again.
