Featuring 3 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. All rooms are equipped with a TV and darking blinds. Two of them have a king-size bed, while the third bedroom comes with separate queen-size beds – perfect for children. Adjacent to the master bedroom, you will find an extra-large bathroom. It offers a large walk-in shower and a bathtub. In addition, the villa features 2 more bathrooms. One of them is located right next to the pool. This way, you do not have to walk through the house to rinse off.

The villa´s pool is perfect for a swim at any weather. Splash around to your heart´s content and enjoy the beautiful canal view! Sunbeds are available, and in the roofed lanai section, you can relax in the shade. Other amenities include a spacious lounge area and an outdoor kitchen. Gas grill, running water and a wine cooler will make your barbecues even more convenient.

Of course, you can also unwind in the living area. Comfortable sofas provide enough space for your whole family, and a flat-screen TV is available. If you like to cook, you are in for a treat. The villa´s extra-large kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area. Here, you will find an oven, stove plates, microwave and an XXL refrigerator with ice and water dispenser – as well as dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Enjoy snacks at the kitchen counter or take a seat at the dining table with its elegant chandelier. You need to work on your laptop? No problem. The villa has its own study room with desk.

Hobby skippers will love the boat dock behind the house. Sitting at the saltwater canal, this is the perfect spot to start your boating adventure. You can directly access the open ocean – and explore beautiful spots like Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva. When you are back, the electric boat lift will keep your vessel safe and dry.

Northwest Cape Coral is known for its quiet, relaxed vibes. Despite this, you do not have to drive long to go shopping. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and ALDI are just 10 minutes away – just like the international restaurants on Pine Island Road.

If you are visiting Cape Coral with children, you are lucky. Sun Splash Family Waterpark with its exciting slides is only 7.5 miles away. Right next door, Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park offers go-karts, minigolf and climbing parcours. Or do you want to see how a true Cape Coral specialty is made? Then, book a tour at nearby Wicked Rum Dolphin Distillery. To the south, Sirenia Vista Park lends itself to walks and kayak rides. You might even spot manatees in the water!

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
