Beautiful home but be aware of the bugs
Beautiful home and pool. Well appointed, great Vrbo , comfortable with lots of room and great use of space in a quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area and close to main attractions. No issues getting around. There is no room to park in the garage as the owner occupies this space although the property description states parking in the garage. Unfortunately we found a live cockroach the first night in the kitchen when we checked in after midnight. I contacted the numerous numbers provided and finally connected with someone the following afternoon who was able to reach the owner who said the house was sprayed last week. The second night we were out and the third night home in the kitchen again where we found quite a few more active cockroaches. Inquiries again through VRBO because I don’t think this home was sprayed. No response received on this from anyone, including VRBO. The property owner/manager is slow or doesn’t respond at all. The VRBO description asking you to keep the doors closed to keep out the bugs is really a warning to guests that there actually already there. Could be a great place but you should never rent a home with cockroaches to anyone. Also property management emailed me a few times to heat the pool. Check the weather as it was nice when I booked by then it was way too cold to swim. It is an extra cost to heat so don’t waste your money unless the weather is good. Pool doesn’t really get very warm.

Great house for a much needed vacation
This house and property was beautiful. It was easy to find had a great space and the pool was well-maintained. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook dinner, and the grocery store wise less than a mile away. The property management company was attentive as I needed to message them multiple times throughout the weekend for things that I needed and questions that I had. These had nothing pertaining to the condition of the house or the space in general. I did however, miss the part of the contract that stated you needed to pay to have the pool heated and it was not turned on. This was completely my fault so the pool was a little bit cold. Again my fault. Overall, this was a great place for me, my husband and my kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Beyond Expectations!
This home is well equipped to accommodate your family on vacation, A true Home Away from Home! The house was very clean as well as the pool, and the Air Conditioning up to par on keeping cool during our hot summer days in Florida. My family and I enjoyed every moment at this home and will remember our trip forever, not a single disappointment was involved. If we choose to stay anywhere near this location again, we will be returning!

Wonderful rental home
The house was beautiful inside and out and very clean. The pool was huge and the water temperature was perfect. The master shower was huge and the water temperature and pressure was great. The bed was so comfortable, as well as the house temperature. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close everything. The backyard was so quiet and serene with beautiful landscaping. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely home
We love, love, loved our stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We cooked several times and had everything that we needed. The heated pool was perfect. (You will have the call the rental management company to set this up - they do not monitor the messages on the VRBO platform.) The master bedroom has an awesome walk-in closet - which I've never seen in a rental property. We made Keurig and drip coffee. We arrived to a snack basket. The washer and dryer were great. The whole stay was a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for awesome Italian while you're in the area, go to Buon Appeito. Their bread is made fresh daily, and everything that we tried was delicious. Small suggestions for perfection: the master bed could use a cushion-top, as it is very firm. The shower pressure was good, but we could never fully get hot water. We made do with warm. We utilized the pool float and towels, but beach chairs would be a great addition. (Then I wouldn't have to haul mine from Georgia.) If we're back in the area, we would certainly book again!!

Absolutely Perfect
Everything was perfect with our nearly two week stay. The accommodations perfect match what is listed and photographed. The rental spotless and well cared for. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. No issues with bugs, ants or anything else. Communication from host was excellent. The only issue we had was the king bed in the master suite was really firm. The last couple nights of the stay my wife had to switch bedrooms to sleep on a softer mattress. We will definitely stay at this rental again.

Very happy with everything!! The pool was wonderful! Decor upscale and lovely. Better than the pictures! Not far from anything, which made for a great week. We didn't even go to Ft. Myers beach because Cape Coral was all we needed.

Booked for 6 nights. House was not clean. Lovely furniture. Fits and finishes were horrible. Pool area was nice but the pool was supposed to be heated. The heater was on when arrived and was not working the next morning. It was not fixed until the afternoon before our departure! Live ants in both bathrooms. Made several calls about the situation asked for partial refund due to not being able to use the heated pool and was not going to swim in 65 degree water!! Calls have not been returned since we checked out and no help offered. Don’t waste your money!! Very disappointed.
