Palaco Grande Paradise, This home it’s 2100 feet of living space featuring three bedrooms and three full baths each bedroom having its own bathroom indoor washer and dryer two car garage beautiful screened in pool area ,Across from waterfront Home is 30 minutes away from Fort Myers Beach , Sanibel Island, Cape Coral Yachtclub is about eight minutes away Dunkin’ Donuts is within walking distance along with Cuban restaurant ,Dollar tree and other stores nearby Home is all tile, Home has everything you need including barbecue comes with propane gas , Guest are responsible to fill propane tank if you should happen to run out.Barbecue must be cleaned the way it was found or there will be a $50 cleaning charge, Pool is heated with a electric pool heater.only parking available in driveway

Great House!
This house was very nice and comfortable. Great location and the Host Larry was awesome. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Fort Myers area that you check this out!

Wonderful house to rent!
Loved this house for a few reasons.: 1. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently close to food and shopping easily- like not even 5 minutes. 2. Private backyard with an amazing pool. 3. Owner is a great communicator. 4. 3 bedtime with full baths for each, house is spacious. Only cons: 1. cable tv was kinda spotty and chanel selections were strange but we only watched it when it rained and made it work. 2. Would have been nice to have a house notebook with touristy things to do, restaurant/ food suggestions that we renters could write about, instructions for trash and recycling. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great host, good location
Larry was quick to respond when we had questions. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and grilling on the patio. Location provided easy access to restaurants and shopping. Having our dogs along for our stay was a plus.

We stayed here at a great house. Very spacious great pool, lots of time in there. 30 min to fort Myers beach and Sanibel island. Owner was awesome, great communications. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful neighborhood! Great location!
This house was perfect for our family! We all met up in Florida to visit my grandmother that is having health issues. This house was perfect for the 3 couples (plus my 8 yr old niece) to spend time together while being nearby to my grandmother. Pool was nice! Location is great! Plenty of towels for baths and pool! (Washcloths were missing but finally found some in laundry room). Neighborhood is beautiful! Owner is very responsive and great to work with!
