This beautifully furnished vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood off Surfside Blvd.
It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the patio and its own ensuite bathroom with big shower, bathtub and toilet. The other two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which is also equipped with a shower and a toilet.
The living room features comfortable furniture, a fireplace and fantastic views of the Cape Coral waterways.
Enjoy the afternoon sun on the patio and go for a swim in the electrically heated swimming pool while watching the fishes jump in the canal which has also access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Week at Pemberton Place

The week was great. The only complaint was quite a few outlets did not work. The company said they new about it and they were planning an overhaul.

Great, clean and comfortable, great for families.

We had great vacations there. Clean house, comfortable and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxing and family. Kids loved the pool. A bit far away from beaches and both pool man and gardener may arrive unexpectedly.
