Villa on the Lake is a beautiful Lakefront property with 4 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms located in popular SW Cape Coral. Stunning view over the lake from the screened in lanai and pool area. This Villa has a southern exposure heated pool and spa with a paved sun deck, and seawall in place. Bringing the little ones, no worry this home has a baby fence for the pool. This great property is located right next door to our Villa Key Largo which sleeps 9 and is also pet friendly if you are traveling with a larger party.

Open floor plan with open white kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, living room and family room. Lot's of natural light in the house. Sliders can be opened up completely to connect the pool area with the family room where you can relax and enjoy streaming a movie in the large living room, or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Curl up with a book on the living room sofa, to unwind during your downtime. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation.

The Master bedroom with its King size bed, TV and beautifully decorated on suite are spacious and dynamic with sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai. Just image waking up in the morning and looking out the sliding glass doors to your own personal tropical oasis. Master bathroom has soaking tub is perfect for a relaxing night after soaking up the sun at the beach. Not a fan of baths? This master en-suite also has a stand-alone shower plus a his and her vanity.

The first guest room has a King-size bed, sitting area, dresser and TV. The second guest room has Queen-size bed, night stands, dresser and TV & the 3 guest room has 2 Twins equipped with TVs. All bedrooms are furnished with linens and all bathrooms are furnished with towels. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with access to the pool area.

This fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Can Opener, Mixer, Pots & Pans, Dishes and glasses, Silverware, cooking utensils, which will allow you to mix up your favorite treats or create your own culinary masterpieces.

Indulge yourself by having beautiful meals under the covered lanai. Relish a hot morning coffee watching the sun rise, breathing new life into our gorgeous sunshine state Looking to love the outdoor space even more? Fire up the provided gas grill and have dinner alfresco. Sunbath pool side and catch a famous Florida tan. Or jump in and enjoy the lovely heated pool.
