Perfect vacation house
The house was very comfortable. There are two living areas, so plenty of room for the family to spread out. The pool was perfect, the tiki hut and dock were beautiful, and the house has kayaks and bikes for use. There were also two desks and two kitchen tables, plus lots of additional seating outside just in case anyone has to find a place to work while they are visiting.

Great house in great location
We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house itself was better than expected with a great outdoor area. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. Surprisingly there was more noise in the area than we usually notice. Likely just bad luck as there were a couple parties and even some fireworks (and not on the holiday): despite some annoying neighbors I would have given this a 5 star review but on the way there we were told the hot tub was broken and it didn’t get fixed in the 8 days we stayed. We always ONLY pick properties with hot tubs bc that’s a big thing for us. I feel there should at least be some $ offered to compensate when this happens. Although it’s no ones fault, it would go a long ways as an “I’m sorry this happened”. We always let hosts know up front that working hot tub is a big reason why we choose their property. Very disappointing.

Overall, home was great! Loved the Pool and the Tiki Hut on the dock! Had to wash bedsheets in the Master Bedroom before we slept in the bed because they stunk like BO! Obviously weren't washed from the last person who stayed there. The pool area/lanai needed some cleaning and all the patio furniture cushions were soaked when we arrived from being left out in the rain. Just some minor things that we had to deal with.

Great location, with all the amenities of home.
Great location, close to everything. My family loved the tiki. We fished off the dock and caught mangrove snapper, saltwater catfish, and Drum. We even had visits by dolphin and a turtle. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Thank you James for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home.

Amazing Family Getaway!
Property was just as described! Perfect location and great home base to explore the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers and surrounding beaches and coastal areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tiki hut and kayaking on the canals! We were lucky enough to see a dolphin swim directly underneath the dock on our first morning! It even did a circle to look up at us! Such a treat! We will definitely be back!

Nice house and location.
The house is beautiful and perfectly located. It was a very nice pool. The outside could use some sprucing up. The fountain in the pool did not work and the cement around the pool needs repair (crumbling and can cut your feet). The main reason I picked this house was because it had a hot tub, but it did not work. It just needs a little attention on the outside. We did however, have a great time.

Friends getaway
The property was large enough to accommodate our group. It was clean and well stocked with all the necessities to dine in or cook out. The pool was wonderful for morning swims. We enjoyed the beautiful sun rises and occasíonal rainbows as we lounged on the patio. The location of the home made it easy to head out to explore local sites in and around Cape Coral. We would recommend this sight to our family and friends looking for a nice place for a quiet getaway.

Just what we needed
We as a family had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house is in a perfect spot on the canals and is very beautiful. The fact that the linay wasn't up yet around the pool and the hot tub didn't work was a little misleading in the ad, but it turns out they weren't needed. In all it was a great stay in a great location.

Lovely canal home with sweeping views of 2 large intersecting canals. This home was very comfortable and “user friendly” with accessories for all age groups including kayaks, bicycles, pool floats, puzzles, games, DVD’s, grill, etc. East access to Publix and restaurants. Environnement de rêve!
Très belle et grande maison 5* tout est excellent endroit de rêve avec vu sur le canal. Malheureusement le spa était non-fonctionnel lors de notre visite à cause de Ian l’ouragan du mois d’octobre 2022. James fait son possible pour que tout soit correct il a compensé en règlant la température de la piscine a 87. Le Lanai était également manquant ce qui fait que tout ce qui part au vent se retrouve dans la piscine mais il sera remplacé sous peu.

Love this beautiful home!
The Villa is so beautiful! The house is very spacious, spotless and filled with everything you need. All of the rooms in the house are so cozy and the new floors look amazing. The grounds around the home is kept so nice and the pool is so relaxing as you look over all of the canals. This was my second time here and plan to come back again (and again). The tiki hut on the water is perfect to just sit and watch the boats go by. The mullets jumping out of the water are so cool too! It truly feels like PARADISE at the Villa. Jim the owner is fantastic! He was available for any questions that we had. We even spoke with the neighbors, they were very nice and helpful. Cape Coral is a beautiful location with a lot of great restaurants and shops. Thank you Jim for everything! Your home is just so beautiful and we cannot wait to visit again.

We had a fabulous family vacation at this location!!!! The house was immaculate & had everything we could have wanted, it felt like a 5 star resort villa. Perfect holiday getaway for the whole family
We stayed in Cape Coral for 12 nights and the house was everything we'd expected from the listing. The whole family had the most relaxing holiday. The pool area was excellent, the pool toys were a very nice extra, with some very comfortable pool furniture to sit at reading a book and watching the fish jumping in the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed using the tiki bar and it's position over the canal was lovely to sit at to enjoy the breeze and watch the sunsets. Cape Coral had a lot to offer us as a family with many great restaurants and variety of recreation. If we're ever in this area again we'd certainly look to stay at this house again. Thank you Jim for letting us stay in your lovely home on the water, it was pure heaven!

Paradise in Florida
We stayed at your beautiful villa for 8 nights! It was my husband and I, both our moms, and our sweet rough coated Russell, Stormi. We all had a fabulous time. Your villa was better than expected! The location on the water is beautiful and oh so quiet and peaceful! We only heard the sound of splashing mullet in the evening! The pool temp was perfect! We went to Turner Beach & Tarpon Bay Beach on Sanibel and had great beach time and shelling. Stormi loved laying in the sand! Doc Ford's on Sanibel was our favorite restaurant and we ate late lunches there both beach days and Stormi was welcome on the patio. We could go on and on, but the villa will not disappoint. It was cozy, comfortable, and is set up with comfy beds and is made for relaxing! We'll be back! The Yeleys Yukon, OK

Doesn’t get any better than this!
We have rented in the Cape Coral area for a number of years and this is by far the best experience ever. The house is amazing and very well stocked with anything you need. It was also very clean. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed meeting Mike. The pool area is very large with a beautiful and spacious lanai and the pool temperature was perfect. The grounds are impeccable and the views of 4 different canals provide a lot of entertainment. Nothing better than sitting out on the dock under the tiki room with coffee in the morning and watching the fish jump and boats going out. Jim was very attentive to any questions we had. I plan on returning for as long as he’ll have us.
