Beautiful spot

This place was perfect! You can’t beat the views on the water. Sunrise is beautiful and we were treated to some swimming dolphins one morning. You also get to wave hello to many boats that pass you by. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Thank you Darcy!

Pleasant Stay.

Our vacation was very laid back and chill. The house was clean and organized. The view is spectacular. We were unable to use the pool as it’s under repair, but we were not planning on using it so it was not a big deal for us. Spacious and inviting. Would book again.

Nails in the pool / no AC - NO REFUND

Upon arrival the AC was not working and the pool was filled with roofing nails, flys, a copper wire, a bunch of leaves, and a pool chair. By the time the AC was fixed we were halfway done with the trip. The owner was not willing to give any money back. 86 degrees in the house and no pool. The contract says AC and a pool, there were neither on the first day and we received no money back. Pool was cleaned the second day and the AC was fixed 48hrs into vacation. Owner not willing to move on price whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

Vacation on the River

We had a great time here The breathtaking River views make you feel like you have no reason to go out!! Just stay at the River house and enjoy your vaca cocktail 🍹 beds were very comfy place was clean I'm sure all of our guests would give this place 5 stars as well

Relaxing get-away

Fantastic and surreal water view; this made it very easy to relax. Clean house, and well stocked. Responsive and great communication with owner. He provided good restaurants and entertainment suggestions in the area. Will likely rent this house again if visiting this area. Thank you for a great visit!

Beautiful Home

This beautiful home had everything we needed. I was in a quiet neighborhood, which I loved. We had fun, but a relaxing time. We went fishing, only catfish is what we caught. Overall our stay here I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Home, the inside was spectacular. The patio could use some updating with their furniture.. The hard plastic chairs and tables don’t do the property justice.. The view of the water was mesmerizing.. Would definitely stay there again .😎

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the grill was dirty… it wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t planning on using it! And some of the screening around the pool area was torn! Very minor things! The house is absolutely beautiful! That view is priceless! Serenity now! 😁

Terrible start! View is amazing.

We got in around dinner time after a long day of traveling. We decided to get to be bed around ten after being exhausted. There was this terrible noise that got louder every minute or so on some sort of cycle. It was miserable and we were unable to find out why in the dark. None of us slept at all that first night. We thought it might be the AC and tried shutting it off. Didn't work. It finally stopped somewhere around 4 AM. but started back up the next day. We finally figured out the pool was very low, very cold and this was causing issues with the pump and heater on a timer. My husband spent a few hours filling it and that resolved that issue. This definitely should not have been our responsibility. We felt as though we lost a day and a half. At some point the next day or day after, a woman came in and walked through the screened in porch from the outside. She checked the pool. I was thankful my kids were not out there. Owner maybe? Why wouldn't someone just knock at the front door first? The many remotes for the tv are a bit confusing. One sliding door is very very difficult to open. It would be nice to have a lamp on the night stand instead of only the main light in one of the bedrooms. The view, location and block are great. We decided to go for a bike ride one morning, but that was a no as well. I believe only one bike is usable. The others have flat tires and are in poor condition. So much for that! The trash can outside next to the garage has no lid. The flies and other bugs around it were a bit annoying. Overall, this wasn't a relaxing trip.

Excellent Spot for a Relaxing Getaway

We were only able to spend a few days here, but every day was incredible. It’s only a short drive to the beaches from here, and when the weather wasn’t great on the beach because of high winds, we must headed back and hopped in the heated pool. The house is very clean and well-furnished. All the appliances are up-to-date and work perfectly. The garage is stocked with beach supplies, so don’t worry about hauling your wagon or chairs or umbrellas from home. The only sad part was that we had to leave so soon and that we didn’t see any manatees. Maybe next time!
