The best house we ever rented
This is one of the best house we ever stayed in . Right on water , we caught some crabs and fish in the back yard . House was clean , spa and pool are very nice , the host are very nice and responsive . We will come back next year and year after. Thank you for having us .

We stayed a full month at this wonderful home, our second time back. The family loved the open kitchen, dining, and living area, and most of all loved the heated pool and spa. Fabulous Thanksgiving Week!
We stayed at Villa Erika for the Thanksgiving holiday week, and it was absolutely perfect for our family! Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids live in Cape Coral, and the house allowed us all to have a place to gather without crowding them, as well. The house is perfect, we definitely were able to unwind and relax during our stay. The hot tub is HOT, which has been one thing that we had issues with at other places, and the pool temp. is perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived. Angelika was great, and super responsive to our needs before and during our stay. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Please note that this was a wonderful property...we had no issues with the home. There was some debris left on the dock area, but was quickly taken care of. If I could make a suggestion, the steps coming downstairs are treacherous. There needs to be one landing instead of two small ones. I took a tumble the first day we were there and broke my wrist. Just a thought for future renters. We had to leave early due to the accident, but really enjoyed our stay while we were there!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would
The property is spotless which today is more important than ever. Good for any size of a group including bunch of kids. We did not have any kids but the play room and bunk beds are perfect. Beds in other bedrooms are very comfortable and I am very picky about my mattress and pillows. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The host, Angelika, is beyond and above any praise. She is very helpful and responsive which makes it easier when at the new place. We stayed for 11 days, cooked at the house including grilling and loved every day. Couple minor things a bit more comfortable furniture for the outside and one more cutting board would be nice. We loved out stay and will be back for sure.

Owners don't seem to want to rent property since no repairs done & no updating. No water in one of the master bath sinks-upstairs bathroom sink plugged & towel bar missing-(plumber came 4th day)-pool was always cold & hot tub only warm (manager advised us over phone but no one got them warm enough)-Dust on floor trim boards & in vents-1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms on second floor-door on washer and dryer opened to each other (inconvenient)-the television in the "children's room" only had Netflix-there were NO televisions in 3 of the bedrooms-2 closets were locked-garage locked so couldn't use it-lots of wasted space(I would take out "game room" area & put in a bedroom on the main floor-take out a bedroom on 2nd floor and put another bathroom on the second floor next to the other bathroom)-no landscape lights to go down to the dock at night-master bedroom cold & other bedrooms warm

We stayed here as a family to work remotely and enjoy some great weather during quarantine. The house was spotless and fantastic. Communication with Angelika was wonderful, she addressed any concerns we had right away. Spacious Master suite, wonderful pool and spa and the internet was great for 5 of us working. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We rented a boat and being right on the canal was a dream. Definitely recommend!!!
