Lieber Matthias, Schade, dass es Euch bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Das Zimmer Comb View, das Ihr gebucht hattet, hat einen privaten Eingang und eine private Terrasse mit einem Blick auf die Berge und die Stadt Hout Bay. Unsere Fotos zeigen genau die Lage und den Blick des Zimmers – so wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Denn uns ist es ganz wichtig, dass unsere Gäste das erhalten, was wir versprechen. Der weitere Beschwerdegrund Deiner Partnerin mit der Bitte um Erstattung des Zimmerpreises war, dass eine Ameise auf der Rasenterrasse ihr Bein hochgekrabbelt sei. Dies lässt mich vermuten, dass es einen ganz anderen Grund für Eure Unzufriedenheit gab, der nicht in unserer Verantwortung lag .Daher konnte ich nicht Eurem Wunsch nach einer Erstattung nachkommen. Wenn ich den Eintrag erweckt habe, dass ich unfreundlich gewesen sei, so bitte ich das zu entschuldigen - ich war eher etwas „überrascht“ über die angeführeten Beschwerdegründe, denn das Zimmer Comb View ist eins unser meistgebuchtesten Zimmer und erfreut sich bei unseren Gästen höchster Beliebtheit.
