I has serious problems with the Internet connection for almost three consecutive days. The building needs renovation. It is a nice location with the most breathtaking view to Table Mountain. But a lot of things in the room need to be upgrade.

The apartment is as old as the mountains. No cooling or heating. It was very bad. I can not recommend it.

The place is bad , room was smelling terrible with old furniture. The only good thing was the friendliness at the reception on check inn. However i will definitely not stay there again or recommend to someone

A great location a great view
A good location for the CBD, nightlife and access to Table Mountain and the surrounding area. The staff were helpful although there is no-one at reception after 6.00pm. South Africa suffers from power blackouts and the lifts do not have a back up generator which made for an interesting walk up the stairs to my 13th floor apartment. The shopping mall has all of the shops and supermarkets that you need for a stay in an apartment.The view from my 13th floor apartment was great especially at night.

The lady at reception was unfriendly, no greeting
the lifts was out of order, waited like five minutes at a time, ended up using the staircase which had a very disturbing smell.

Has an excellent location
The best thing about this accommodation is that it is very close to two MyCiti bus routes. It's easy to get to Table Mountain and the Waterfront. The Gardens MyCiti bus stop allows one to top up the bus card there - not all stations allow this. The apartment is above a mall so it's very convenient if you need to buy something quickly or draw cash. The apartment needs a bit of a renovation but it is quite comfortable and convenient It's useful to have a kitchen. The views are fantastic. There is safe free parking in the mall if you have a car. At that height it can be extremely window and howl through the windows which can keep you awake. The internet is there, but not very good. Slow and cuts out a lot.

Value for money
Accomodation located in secure Shopping Mall with amongst others Pick'n'Pay convenience store, Woolworths Food and Hartlief Delicatessen (German Butchery + warm meals). So all basic needs can be covered within minutes. Close to the City and walking distance through Company Gardens, where parking space is limited or pay parking. The apartments are fully furnished and even a microwave available. For family with children excellent as either sleeper coach as option or additional beds can be arranged (2 children max). The room is not big, but as one is more outside than inside not a problem. The views are splendid either towards Table Mountain or versus Lion's Head/Signal Hill and City. Free parking in secure parking decks is also provided for duration of stay. Adaptors for non South African plugs or extensions should be purchased at Clicks or Pick'n'Pay (in Shopping Mall) as non standard in the rooms. I can recommend the apartments and have been visiting frequently during my holidays. The friendly reception staff (Colette/Elizma), which has customer oriented service approach, has to be mentioned. This is in my view value for money and well spend.
