Didn't receive what was promised
The stay was of an average bed and breakfast definitely not 4 star, have stayed in plenty bed and breakfast hotels all over South Africa and this was possibly the worst I have stayed in. I was told that there would be air conditioner with climate control which was absolute nonsense all there was was windows that opened slightly and when I approached reception they were quick to blame hotels.com for putting incorrect information but surely it is their responsibility to check that correct details were given and please note nothing was offered to make our stay comfortable no fan of any sorts it was a mere we don't really care attitude. The television is beyond old, didn't know they even sold tube televisions anymore. The location is great unfortunately the stay didn't compliment that at all. Very disappointed.

Labri manor is a nice and quiet place
This was the second time we visited Labri manor for holiday and we were pleased but not as pleased as the first time. The guesthouse is really wonderful and the atmosphere is lovely. When booking this you may be aware of that it is a 15 minute walk to Stellenbosch city centre so you don't expect to find a lot of restaurants outside the door. The one thing that made us a little dissapointed this time was the cleanliness of the bathtowels. They were badly stained and when substituted the new towels were also stained. It ended up with one of us using the handtowel instead. But other then that Labri Manor is nice, the staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Fantastisk service
Rigtig venligt og serviceminded personale. Boede der kun én nat i Juli, og det var desværre meget meget koldt, selvom den lille radiator var skruet helt op og der var et tæppe over dynen. Der er ikke meget man kan gøre ved det, når husene bare er bygget uden isolation, og derfor får hotellet stadig top antal stjerner fra mig.
