An ideal holiday cottage located in Cape Woolamai; within walking distance to the local eateries, shops, Wooli Tavern and The Colonnades, and only a short drive to both the patrolled surf beach and the calmer bay beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. This home has a simple yet functional layout and located in a quiet street.

Features include:
- Free WiFi provided to both main cottage and bungalow
- The cottage consists of two comfortable bedrooms in the main house, with King and Queen beds, open plan living and dining area with large smart TV and a well-maintained kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas burner stove, air-fryer and Nespresso machine.
- Separate bathroom, toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer add to the convenience of the layout. Two split systems in the living/dining area and King bedroom ensures comfort throughout the year, whether you're escaping the summer heat or keeping warm in winter.

There is a separate 2-bedroom bungalow at the rear of the garage, with one bedroom containing a double bed, smart TV and spilt system air conditioning and the other bedroom contains a single bed and desk, making this bungalow ideal as a private retreat.

A large private deck with 10-seater table and Weber BBQ is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, and north-east facing deck and windows along the length of the property is perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine.

With plenty of off-street parking, the property is fully fenced with a very private back garden perfect for children and pets.

Lovely clean home with a sweet enclosed yard. Well equipped kitchen and super comfy beds and couch. Outstanding communication from owner, making for a seamless experience, thats what you wantvwhen you need a break!
