RATE INFO (as of Aug 2024):
$495/night

*NOTE: in the summer we rent BY THE WEEK (Saturday-to-Saturday)... although if a week doesn't get booked, we may occasionally open it up for 2- or 3-night stays last-minute.
In the off-season, a two-night minimum stay is required. (Though rental dates including a holiday may have an increased minimum stay.)

Rental fee *includes* professional cleaning fee and city occupancy taxes - though we do ask guests to clean up after themselves before departing (as detailed in rental agreement).
