Lovely overnight stay
Had a lovely overnight stay at the Angel Hotel. Check in was easy - staff are lovely & friendly (Joey even remembered we'd stayed before!). We got upgraded to a suite room which overlooked the castle - room spacious and clean but bed not so comfortable. would love to see king size beds at the hotel. it was nice to have a fan in the room. Lovely breakfast as always.

Great place to stay
Stayed just one night for an event at the principality stadium which is just a couple of minutes walk, also convenient for City center shops and nightlife. Parking in nearby NCP multi-storey carpark with discount code from hotel 7.95 for 24 hours. Breakfast was exceptional and staff efficient and friendly. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable. Lovely view of Cardiff castle from room. Overall great value and would recommend to anyone looking for a well situated place to lay your head down.

A short but enjoyable stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom, although a bit dated was very clean and comfortable. Dining area and food excellent. Exterior of building would benefit with a coat of paint.
