The Space:
A charming 3 bedroom holiday home which is a newly renovated bungalow that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Designed to provide the ultimate comfort and convenience for your stay in Pengam, South Wales., as you enter through the front door you will find yourself in the spacious and bright living area. with large comfortable sofa and widescreen TV. Just off of this, the bathroom is large enough to contain both a bath and stand alone shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and everything else you need to prepare home-cooked meals

Bedroom 1 contains a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed.

The integrated garage is ideal for storing bikes if you are a keen cyclist. There is a small enclosed patio garden at the rear for you to enjoy some privacy while soaking up the Welsh sunshine

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole bungalow to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The bungalow is a 5 minute walk from the local train station and has free parking on the surrounding roads.

The Neighborhood:
The village of Penham is on the bank of the Rhymney river and is part of the historic county of Glamorganshire. Two collieries previously existed nearby being the Pengham Pit and the Britannia Pit. Pengham Pit closed in 1956 and Britannia Pit closed in 1989.

Blackwood and its surrounding area offer a blend of historical charm, natural beauty, and cultural experiences. Explore the rich mining heritage at the Aber Valley Heritage Museum in Senghenydd, or delve into the arts scene at Blackwood Miners' Institute.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Cwmcarn Forest provides scenic walking and cycling trails, while Pen-y-fan Pond offers a tranquil picnic spot. Getting Around:
It is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Pengham Railway Station - trains run regularly from Cardiff through the day - every 10-20 minutes for a 40 minute trip and a half hour drive to the M4.
