All was good. Room, front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and particularly breakfast and breakfast staff. Very pleased with all. Couple areas to improve: more drawer space in the one BR suite, and fix the USB ports on the bedroom lights. Neither worked.

- The staff/housekeeping were friendly and helpful I didn't partake in breakfast because of the hours it is offered. I'd like to see a 5:00a breakfast. - The dresser was way out of level causing the drawers to stay in the open position.

Serve its Purpose
The room overall was okay. It was dark outdated and the faucet for the bath tube in one of the bathrooms did not work. It did have a small kitchenette but you have to request silverware and cookware from the front desk. What I did like was there was two bedrooms and two bath in the room we stayed in, allowing for some space. The time spent with the family was important, so the stay overall served its purpose.

Little kid and my finances
It started wirh my check in. I had an issue with my account being hacked soni had to use a tempory debit card number my bank gave me until I received my new card in the mail. The little punk kid who checked me in acted as if he had the authority to tell me that next time I wound need my actual card to check!! WAIT!! WHAT!!?? The bank issues temp cards in situations like this so your life can continue without a glitch. Who is this little boy telling me this was not appropriate. I really don't appreciate a lttle kid reprimanding me about my financial situation. It was difficult to hold my tongue. I wanted to do an little more than that but I just wanted in my room. Im glad there were no others checking in to hear whst was going on!

We had the king suite and though the room had a musty aroma, (not bad) it had all the amenities one could want. The staff, from upon checking in to the breakfast ladies, always had a smile on their face and was very kind, approachable and inviting. Breakfast was excellent. We will be back. Thank you!
