Everything was great except the particular room we had (151) was very noisy making sleep difficult and had no view. I'm sure many other rooms do not have that issue.

We have stayed here in the past and it was great. This time however was horrible, we arrived early and asked for early check in (offering to pay) and they said no not a problem they would text us when the room was ready. At 4 a clock the entire lobby was full with mad guests and they had us all check in at once. Ridiculous, then the moment I checked in I got a text telling me how to clean up and leave. I will not be back and will be asking for some compensation

Only spent a night here, but staff were very friendly and professional. Room is a bit dated but bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the grounds or pool but it seemed very family friendly. Great views and very convenient location as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was so friendly and property was well maintained. Only complaint is parking. Spots are hard to come by and parking garage is great but the spaces are very small and narrow making parking a bit of a challenge.

This stay was a bit of a disappointment. The room smelled moldy. The hotel sent me a text asking if there was anything the could do, i responded with"bring me an air freshener in the morning please" with no response back from them. The bathroom fan didn't work. Their satellite TV was so glitchy you had to turn it off. The front door was hard to open and close. There were no wash cloths in the room, you had to ask for. Screaming kids everywhere at different times day and night.

Has great underground parking. Once you've parked you don't have to get back into your car until it's time to go home. Lots of shopping and restaurants that are all walkable to. The hotel provides beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The pool is very small and flooded with children. Nice adult jacuzzi for 18 & over. Not enough sitting room for hanging out on grass area after dinner. But I still love this place

In the heart of Carlsbad Village and steps from the beach. It’s an easy walk to shopping and dining. Property is definitely dated. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
