The location was amazing. Carlsbad is one of our favorite beach towns. Unit was wonderful. Parking space and entry to parking was tight. Do not have anything bigger than a medium SUV!

The location and amenities were outstanding. Parking spot is a bit narrow but it worked for us. The beach was amazing although the stairs and/or ramp wasn’t fun. Everything is so close by that walking was the best way to get around. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Although the complex was full it was quiet with respectful neighbors. Good proximity to the beach. Clean and private. I’ve stayed at multiple vacation properties. This was one of my favorites. My only suggestion was a better stocked pantry would be helpful. The kitchen had a gas range and outdoor grills but there was coffee, tea, salt and pepper. It would have been nice to add some spices and condiments.

I love, love, loved staying here. This was my first time staying at this property. The private patio area for this unit absolutely makes it! The fact that it is so close to the shops, restaurants and beach was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome of this place and the restaurants and bars around it within walking distance were really great. Place was as described and had everything including the ground coffee and sugar. Would recommend it to a family of four who want the beach acces which is across the street and stuff to do at night

Our 2nd time staying in this complex, really liked the fact the unit opened to the courtyard, we were able to let the kids run around and feel they were safely contained. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything we needed.

Great overall. Close to beach, shopping. Great food and some high quality shops, not just the cheap tourist places. Great church just around the corner we walked to. Only thing I would suggest is the TV Direct plan was pretty sparse. Paying as much as we did I would expect more channels etc. Everything in this condo was very high end and even had most of the courtyard to ourselves! Looking forward to staying again!
