Did mice job with rooms making pet friendly and clean. Wish had elevator for second floor as difficult carrying all luggage and pet equipment up two flights. Room was clean but there was a strong smell that probably was cleaning solution. Refrigerator did not have freezer section which would have been very helpful for freezing ice packs

Excellent customer service. Huge room, plenty of space. Very accessible. Great price. Gym wasn’t available so that was not great but ok.

Hallway smelled of urine or something. Original room I was to get had a jammed door: staff still wanted me to use this room despite it being a safety hazard. They did end up giving me another room after they couldn’t open the door to first room. This other room was okay. There was a dead bug in a corner and live ants in the room :/ not very clean overall and would never stay here again. Their pictures online and price point are deceiving leading you to believe you are staying in a nice hotel. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Great stay

The staff is welcoming and has great customer service. The room was very well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows. I also like how the blankets had some weight to them. It was quiet and relaxing. No issues at all!

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised. I've stayed here previously a couple of years ago and since it has been updated. The rooms were very cleaned...and SMELLED great! Service at the desk by the evening clerk was helpful and professional. Will certainly stay here again when business takes me to Artesia.
