The pictures significantly oversell the property. The Lobby area was fine but all of the rooms open to the outside and are spread out in multiple separate buildings. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the parking area was very dimly lit. The room decor, carpet, and bedding were typical of any hotel but a much cheaper motel room than what we paid for. Due to the smell in the room and safety concerns we did not stay the night.

The property was nice, but the hot water takes quite a while to reach to outer units, so be prepared so wait in the morning. The staff is quite lovely and accommodating.

Use to stay at Howard Johnson’s when I was a kid so we gave it a shot !!! The people were so nice the food was amazing at the restaurant inside the hotel!

Beautiful building and very big too. The only one with a pool out of many in the are that we checked out and advertise a pool but don't have one. It also looks safe and the decorations are very nice, makes you wanna be there. Very reasonable prices as well, compared to the competition in town. One of the best places I've stayed in for the money, for sure

Trip was a day trip to Caverns. Stayed at Stevens and only one disappointment was the breakfast, because there wasn't much too it and staff looked as if up all night. Other than that, the Young man at desk was more than helpful, with sharing local activities and places. Room very clean and accessible. The evening bar, featured a DJ, which was nice. Overall, good experience but was really surprised on morning buffet. No pastries, oatmeals, yogurt, fruit.

STAYED HERE 8 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS NICE...NOT SURE IF WYNDHAM OWNED IT THEN..KILLED ONE ROACH IN THE BATHROOM AND 2 OUTSIDE THE ROOM DOOR ON PATIO. BED BUGS (SEE PHOTO). WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THE NEXT MORNING, I SHOWED THE CLERK THE DEAD ROACH IN A BOTTLE AND HE SAID "SORRY ABOUT THAT, BUT WE DID HAVE SOME RAIN LATELY. OTHER THAN THAT, HOW WAS YOUR STAY?" NO OFFER TO COMPENSATE AT ALL. TOLD HIM TO JUST GIVE ME MY RECEIPT SO I COULD LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WILL NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN

Poorly maintained property
The property was poorly maintained. My family & myself had to change rooms twice. First room only had hot water, no cold water functioning in the tub. The second room change, the wall air conditioning unit was stuck / frozen. Room temperature was an uncomfortable 76 degrees. As it was the temperature outside was already extremely hot. Be aware that there is an additional $25 hold added to your reservation for room service or other incurred expenses. Will never stay here again! The property does not look like how it is advertised online!
