Load up your beach gear and your crew in the brand new six-person golf cart with Carolina Beach parking pass. Go just 6 blocks on Spartanburg Ave. and park in the Golf Cart parking spaces immediately in front of Beach Access #9! It's so convenient and effortless. Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart! Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an excellent recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball/softball fields.

This home boasts gorgeous architectural windows, lovely cathedral ceilings and a balcony to enjoy the beach sunsets. This property provides a fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs mounted and provide closet space for both clothes and luggage. Also located on the first floor are: a large full bathroom with tub (great for the kiddos), family room with Smart TV, garage access and outdoor patio access.

The second floor is comprised of the master suite with a queen bed, dual sinks, large shower and a walk-in closet. The master also provides balcony access. The great room features a dining area, 65” smart TV, linear LED fireplace with shiplap mantle and balcony access. Adjacent to the great room is a beautiful half bath/powder room. The great room is open to a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Enjoy your favorite libation by the fireplace or take it out to the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous sunset and views Carolina Beach has to offer.

Towels and linens are provided. Linens include pillow cases, top sheet, and fitted sheet. Towels include bath towel, hand towel, and wash towel (1 set per guest).

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying at the Starfish Villa! The house had everything we needed, and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I must say the property was even better in person! The kitchen was well stocked and there were even beach chairs!! Communication with host was great. The golf cart was an added bonus!! Didn’t have to worry about paying for parking and location was perfect! Kids are already asking when we can stay there again! They loved having their own rooms!

Great house with ample space for adults, pets, and moody teenagers, and it comes with a golf cart!
This home is clean and spacious. We had 4 teenagers with us and liked that they had their own area (two bed rooms, a living room, and full bathroom) downstairs. My husband and I had our own space upstairs (kitchen, bedroom, en suite bath, and living room) and enjoyed coffee and breakfast without worrying about waking up the kids in the morning. There was ample room for the six of us to eat and hang out together when we so desired.The house is a bit of a walk from the beach, but the golf cart more than made up for that. We would stay there again!

It’s the golf cart that makes the stay imo
Communication with our host was excellent and helpful. There were some issues but these were mostly caused by the people renting the house before us. One thing that could be disappointing to some, is that there really is no backyard to relax in, just a very small enclosed area where the grill is. The house is very well supplied with many items, so you don’t waste time buying basic supplies like t.p. or paper towels, dish soap, etc. The golf cart and all the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) make it easy to get to, park, and enjoy the beach. The golf cart also has the city parking pass, so driving to restaurants, the boardwalk, for groceries, to the veggie wagon~it’s all a breeze and so much fun. Without the pass, it would cost $5/hr to park…this golf cart makes it so you just park and go! We brought our bikes and rode the trail and the streets all the way to the south end of the island ( to the aquarium and ferry to Southport) and to the north end (Snow cut trail).

NC Beach Getaway
Our kids moved to Durham and wanted to visit a NC Beach and Carolina Beach did not disappoint. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed exploring the area on the golf cart which was definitely the highlight of our vacation. Lovely, quiet, spacious, well-stocked, and clean home convenient to all of Carolina Beach. Worked well for my two-month stay. Manager very available and helpful with answers to questions. No yard to play in with the dog, but there are plenty of dog walking areas on the island as well as a dog park.

Weekend in Wilmington/Carolina Beach
We had a really nice long weekend at the house. The place was welcoming and clean upon arrival. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags and hangers for clothes. We arrived around dinner time, and took a quick jaunt down to the beach in the awesome golf cart before heading to dinner. It was so convenient to load our beach things and people in the golf cart and park at beach access 9. We had a nice dinner at Havana's. Another good restaurant in town is Michael's Seafood. Coffee in the morning from Crush and Grind was good. There's a town park within walking/bike distance via paved trail that has skate ramps, basketball, tennis courts. There are no dressers to put clothes away in, and the room with queen bed on main level had a pretty small night stand table, but otherwise the layout was good and the bedroom upstairs has a huge closet to store suitcases, coolers, etc. Wide driveway was nice. The drive to downtown Wilmington was easy and took no more than 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

This house has everything you need for a great stay! My family was able to be in the lower level with young kids and my parents were able to stay upstairs so that they didn’t have to worry about early bedtimes and wake ups. It was such a great addition to have a little living area for my kids to play when they woke up. The golf cart was an added bonus! Being able to pop on over to the beach was great, and no sand in our car! Thanks for the great time at Carolina Beach!

The property is exactly as shown. Very modern, clean and everything was well equipped. The owner responded to any of our questions promptly. Property is close to restaurants and the ocean. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the nearby dog park.
