Welcome to “ON THE ROCKS,” offering oceanfront, unobstructed, million-dollar views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom!

Just one flight of stairs takes you to this first-floor end unit, where you’re so close to the ocean you may not get your steps in for the day. Head out on the private patio with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful sunrise, or enjoy the moonrise and star-filled sky at night. Crack open a window in the bedroom to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen is designed so you can enjoy ocean views while prepping meals or heating leftovers. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and full-size washer and dryer. Garage space is provided for your beach toys, bikes, and chairs.

Seascape is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, one block from Freeman Park (drive your 4WD on the beach) and the North End Pier, where you can dine at the restaurant or tiki bar. Great location, very quiet!

We really enjoyed our stay here, The place was very clean and cozy with a great view. It’s probably the closest to the water I’ve ever stayed! Communication was great, instructions were all clear with no issues, would definitely stay here again!

Great Location on the Water

Small, cozy condo right on the water. Arrived after 4:00 p.m. check-in time and had to contact property manager because there was work in progress on the bedroom window — no blinds, missing screens and damaged trim. Kitchen floors were dirty and bathroom had no bath soap. Property management company was able to rectify the window in the bedroom within about 90 minutes, but we didn’t want to be there or leave our stuff while that was happening. Would not return for another stay.

Quick getaway

Our family chose a quick getaway to Carolina Beach to spend the day on the beach with friends and we had a great time and the condo was the best place for us to spend our night and morning before heading back home. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat oceanfront

Had a great time having a day away at Sheila's place. The condo was clean and offered a wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great as it was only a block to the pier and a short walk to the 4x4 park which offers miles of sand to stroll on. Hope to return one day!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!

Exceptional Host - Highly Recommended!

While we unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to an incoming tropical storm, I can't say enough good things about our experience with this host. Even though we were past the cancellation date, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, offering us a full refund without hesitation. Her responsiveness and willingness to work with us during a stressful situation truly stood out. It's rare to find such customer-focused hosts, and her actions have certainly earned our loyalty. We're already planning to book this condo for next year's trip. Based on our interaction with the host alone, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a worry-free vacation rental experience. 5/5 stars for customer service and flexibility!

Carolina Beach Visit

Need to fix blinds on sliding glass door. Slats were missing. Very little water pressure at kitchen sink and no hot water. Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.

100% Satisfaction!!

Both the condo and its location were better than advertised. The property manager, Sheila was so very helpful and responsive to any questions we may have had, to include providing recommendations of restaurants for us to try (Brunches and Michael’s were our favorites, but Michael’s gets top billing)! The condo was very clean and spacious for my wife and me, and nothing was more enjoyable than seeing the ocean, listening to the sound of the waves crashing, feeling the sea-breeze, and smelling the salty air! The garage was a bonus convenience for us to store our personal beach equipment. On a scale of 1 to 10, “On the Rocks” gets a 15! We are so thankful for being able to stay there and have a most memorable vacation at Carolina Beach.

Excellent! No hurry, no worries

As advertised, wife and I had a wonderfully relaxing week here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked and the check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. Check in was also ridiculously easy. One text to Sheila and all we had to do was show up. For us parking was easy, every day right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds and the pool was never crowded. The stroll to the beach was all of 3 minutes. Just wonderful! Love this quieter end of the beach and would definitely stay again.

the unit was exactly as described and the ocean views were incredible. Shiela was very responsive when we contacted here. Unit was clean and bed an pillows were very comfortable. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out where the pool was. We would stay again.

We love Carolina Beach

We have stayed at this property before the rocks barrier and enjoyed the convenience of the beach access. Its only a short walk to the beach but it just wasn't the same and unexpected.

Lovely Beach Home

The condo was really cute and had all your basic necessities. The balcony view of the ocean is fantastic! You can’t beat that. The walk to the beach and pool are easily assessable and the walk to the boardwalk is an easy 1.5 miles. It was a nice relaxing trip and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Carolina Beach! Only minor complaint is the parking situation since it seemed parking along with the overflow parking spots were taken quickly.

Much needed beach getaway!!

Loved the location, ease of finding, parking. Great area. Beach view hampered by rocks but could still see the ocean and hear the waves. Had everything we needed and host is responsive and easy to communicate with, Would not hesitate to stay here again.
