The air conditioner was very loud. The tv had to be very loud to be able to hear it. The noise from the neighbors was very loud; maybe the walls were too thin, not sure. The floors were gritty from sand when we first arrived.

The A/C couldn’t keep the room cool, floors were nasty if you walked around in barefoot your feet bottoms turned black, the bed mattress had deep dips in them and the comforters were stained. There is no where to put your things other than on the floor. Unless you have your own smart tv accounts you want be watching tv. Overall this place is at best ok for a night or two.

It’s affordable, in a great location and has everything you need! The beds were really nice. Checking in and out were a breeze. No issues w cleanliness. It’s an older hotel on a non incorporated beach. I say it’s its well preserved and continues to offer a desirable accommodation at an affordable rate. Would love to stay again.

The property is dirty. Initially they had given a different room what I did not booked for. Once requested they changed it. All the rooms are stinky. one dirty commode was left outside the room. I had two days booking to the property. I requested to refund my money back for one day. But the property responded that since have given poor comments they will not refund any money. Never recommend anyone to this property.

Soon as we walked in we noticed that the room was very dirty. We got a message that our room code did not work and there was a key for our room. We found that the key was just sticking out of the door. We found bugs on the bed (not bed bugs though). We found a razor from the previous guest next to the bed. There was a naked kid running around the entire place the whole day we stayed here. The kid also came down to the beach from their walk way FULLY NAKED. The child was about 2-3 years old and was leaving his room alone fully naked. Just walking around. Very disappointed. There was also pizzas boxes and drinks found under our staircase that lead to a lot of flies on our front patio. Location was awesome but I was very disappointed for the price. Would get my money back if I could.

We loved our view of the ocean from our second floor room. King bed was near the balcony door, so we had a great view right from the bed. Room was clean. Check in and check out procedure was simple and convenient.
