This hotel, for a Quality Inn, is in a state of disrepair. The sidewalks are crumbing. The condition of the outside has seen a lot of deglect over the years. Our room was fair. I booked 3 rooms, but the women behind counter in the lobby only had record that I had booked 2 rooms. We were able to get another room, though after a long wait. I hope I don't get charged for the additional room. The receptionist, tried her best to be friendly, but obviously hated here job, In my opinion this hotel needs to be shut down for major repairs. It was advertised that the hotel has a breakfast, which it did not.

No breakfast, no pool, ever though it was advertised that both were available. Trash all over out side. Broken glass in the parking lot. Very run down, dirty and trashy place. Also right across the street is a sewage plant, so it smelled out side the whole time.

The price seem fair.

The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. Little fixes here and there. The property it’s self need some fixing like the pool. The office smelt like sulfur. The front desk was soooo super nice and again the rooms were clean.

Property is dilapidated and has major work that needs to be completed. PLUSSES were Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Drain the green water from the pool would ease the eyesores.

Nightmare room

We were looking for a cheap stay, and that’s why this was. But our room honestly looked like one out of a horror film. Lamp shades were torn, doorways were dented, there were holes in the wall, and it was overall pretty dirty… it literally gave us nightmares.

I used to love this place. Now it honestly looks terrible. The pool is green with floating trash. Old furniture is randomly dumped. Paint is severely needed. It is as if no one cares how it looks. I can't believe the parent company allows it. I won't be back.

The grounds were not maintained. The overall appearance from the outside was not what you expect from a Quality Inn. A room by ours looked like it had been broken into. Our room was dirty and we had mice running across the floor. We left and got a refund.

Stained sheets, paper, thin, scratchy, blanket underneath the cheapest, creepiest, bedspread, carpets, didn’t even look, vacuumed, room keys, still left from last guest, old, outdated, crappy furniture. Still had the old box TV in the armoire underneath the flatscreen they set on top of.

Bed was not cleaned properly. Since drain was clogged. The guy came and fixed it in our presence. Nasty. They could’ve given us another room instead of fixing the sticky drain.

Horrible experience

The room was very dirty. The door did not open with key card. The reception said that we needed to bang on the door to get it to open. The microwave did not work. Overall it was horrible experience.

Condition of the property was as if it was abandoned. The pool was unusable. No continental breakfast. Blood on our sheets. We had to ask for new sheets and put them on ourselves. Only slept in the room for 2 hours and then left. This place should be condemned.
