Everything about this property was amazing. Everyday they come and restock your towels, clean, and respect everything. Amenities are beyond beautiful and the views are amazing. Perfectly located, close to the airport and main attractions 🔥

This hotel had potential but it did not uphold the expectations I had based on the reviews I seen. I travel quite a bit and am not someone who complains but I am not satisfied whatsoever with my stay. The hotel itself is decent and the rooftop pool is beautiful. What was awful was my group and I were basically begging them to clean our room which they did days later. When we asked we were told yeah yeah and it would never be done. Towels were never replaced either which I’ve never experienced when staying anywhere, constantly asking for our rooms to be cleaned and towels to be changed. Our sheets were also dirty as well. it was very frustrating. We were also told we had to pay to have our rooms cleaned everyday which is ridiculous. I also was frustrated with the fact we were told we had to pay to have our own drinks at the pool or we had to buy their items, I don’t know if the bartender was trying to get one over on us or not because the next day I seen a group with a whole cooler of items and was not told anything. The Wi-Fi in my room also did not work whatsoever so we had to use our cellular data. Overall the experience was uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend it. Again coming from someone who isn’t super particular this is sad.

Bondo Studio was a great place to stay ln budget and very clean space with small kitchen, and comfortable king bed. I would love next time the breakfast is included in the renting so I have the meals guaranteed. Bondo has a cafe but I feel the prices are not that cheap and does not have much variety of food selections. Bondo is located on a main road where ubers can come pick you up. There is a supermarket near by (about 7-10mins walking) to buy key food items for cooking. Thanks Bondo Studio for the great experience overall !! I will consider them for the next time ar Cartagena, Colombia.

I enjoyed staying at Bondo Studios. The property was very nice. It has a wonderful atmosphere. It was across the street from the beach, which gave us great access. It was not too close to the loud part of town which was nice also. The only setbacks from the room were my safe would not open, and that I did have black ants in the apartment. It was still a wonderful time. the location was ideal for families, and would love to return and spend more time at the location. Oh, I cannot forget the roof- top pool and bar area is sensational and is a not to miss thing.

PROS: Beautiful beach front location. The sunset view from the rooftop is beautiful. Downstairs cafe is a plus. Large spacious rooms with comfortable beds. EXCELLENT service from Ricardo "Richard" at the rooftop bar! The famous Cartagena sign is right across. CONS: LOUSY SERVICE from the front desk staff. They are disengaged and uninterested to service guests. Dirty Rooms and air conditioning hardly works (they do not turn on the AC split unit upon your room arrival so the room is extremely hot for at least a day) Be ready for a lot of street noise if you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. We were on the 3rd floor and upon checking we asked if they can switch us to a higher floor and switch our room and the girl at the front desk told us immediately no without even checking. After several attempts and us getting irritated and lied to by several front desk staffs they would look into this, the girl at the reception told us we had to pay extra to move us to another room. Such a shame because we paid extra for beachfront in the first place. The beach across the place is dirty and the full of Cartagena famous pushy vendors and be aware at night with the party buses passing and stopping by the Cartagena sign that go up until late hours of the night.
