Nice but can use some improvements.
The hotel itself is lovely, but I was disappointed with the service. When we checked in, we asked about an upgrade, but when we saw the price, we thought it was too expensive and decided against it. However, the staff member then went on to highlight the downsides of our standard room, such as its small size, which made us feel negative about our choice. Later, at the pool, I had to approach the servers each time I wanted a drink, refill, or to order food. Additionally, the lifeguards were frequently leaving their designated posts, which made me feel uneasy, especially with my daughter in the water. Another reason I chose this hotel was for the kids' playroom, but it was closed for construction. This should have been mentioned when booking, as it was a key factor in my decision.

This was my second time visiting the Hilton in less than 2 months. Saw my guy Ricardo at the front and he got me checked-in with the speed of Flash and remembered me. I love that everything you need is right in this hotel. Love the room, even though there was some water in it from the rain, didn't bother us. The hotel staff was great. Ordered rom service and it was great. We went to enjoy the pools but unfortunately it was rainy so we just stayed in the room. We did want massages since we weren't doing the pool but they were booked. My advice would be to plan ahead for the spa if want to use it. But overall, love this hotel. Will most likely stay a few nights again my next visit to Cartagena.

The neighborhood is great too except the street that gets flooded . But is alot of places to shop and restaurants. And is super safe
