A Hidden Gem in Getsemani
Central location to the Walled City's entrance (2 block walk), quiet but only 2 min walk from all the activity and night life.

The staff is so friendly, hospital, gentle, time to listen, so friendly! Already, Carol, María, Efraín... All the staff combined with the hotel comfort made the stay to be excellent and to add it to be part of my beautiful memories and experiences in my life.

Just need little things to be improved. No soap dish, no place to put stuff in the shower, limited towels and no hand towels, old small refrigerator that was balancing on a random board, did not refill fridge drinks, very thin walls I could hear my neighbor snoring, limited storage no dresser. Breakfast was decent and included.

Well located in Getsemani area, close to the San Felipe Castle and the Convention Center and the Tower Clock. Comfortable room, good air conditioning, good shower, clean and adecuate! Would recommend!

Staff was really nice. I would not consider this a luxury hotel. A bit on the old side. Bathroom was small. Shower had a small basket hanging with strings from the ceiling to place shampoo and bath items. I wish I could post a picture. On the plus side A/C was really cold and close to the Clock tower/Wall city

Recommend the hotel. The room stayed at the A/C was not working but they moved me after I explained to them. I would recommend the management to pre check the rooms before booking it. Everything else was good including the great staff!
