The house is on 3 levels and has 3 terraces including the roof terrace. The location is ideal for a family holiday or a golf break, close to restaurants and children's playground. The house has a ground floor terrace with sunbeds, dining table, dining chairs and BBQ that leads out to the communal pool and gardens. The first floor terrace has views of the pool and chairs, the roof terrace has more sunbeds and pool views.

The communal area has a good size swimming pool with a shallow end with steps and is surrounded by the well kept gardens of Las Atalayas.

Lovely property
Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great property with 2 pools nearby. The Village bar and restaurant was great for drinks but the food was poor - they also provide the food to the pool bar. Avoid the ultra cheap supermarket pizzas for 10+ euros at all cost. Luigi’s shut but reopening soon. Canonero was excellent- you need to book. You need a car as the main part of La manga resort is a good 30 min walk and the local bus service seems to have stopped. We had a car and plenty of parking. The local taxi service is good too The main let down at the apartment was how it was equipped - particularly in the kitchen. Literally 6 of everything so no wriggle room on knives and forks etc if doing a big meal etc. lack of serving bowls for salads and meat off the bbq. A few extras around the kitchen would have made it so much better. A towel for the downstairs loo would have been handy. The app for the door was a bit annoying but we got used to it but started taking the back door key with us everywhere when it went wrong one day. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
