Luxury 3BR Family Villa with Pool, Hot tub & Waterfront

Enjoy this beautiful house in Karibana, Cartagena. A private house for you, with a pool and space for your family and friends.

The Space:
Our house has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 2 with private bathroom, the third bathroom is shared and all have hot water.
In the main room (second floor) of 20 mts2, you will find a king bed with option of a mattress on the floor, private bathroom, 120" smartv projector (perfect for an afternoon or movie night).

the second bedroom (second floor) you will find 2 single beds with option of trundle bed or mattress on the floor, private bathroom, ultra slim 55" smartv, which will have mirrored artwork.
The third bedroom (second floor), has a queen bed, smartv with 43" swivel screen rotates horizontally and vertically and high definition sound power, this room has a shared bathroom.
In the dining room you will find a sofa bed and an ultra slim 65" smartv, which will have reflected works of art.
Both the projector and the smartv have netflix, youtube premium, directv, disney+.

We have a safe deposit box.

We have a beautiful swimming pool made with natural green Bali stone, for this reason it will not look blue.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Beach Club), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 70 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 7 am - 6 pm, also you can access the beach club.

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
