There were a few roaches in the pool area. The pool was extremely cold and the area was dark so it made it look dirty. The issue is the pictures on hotels.com and facility were not the same.

Toilet wont stop running.
The toilet kept running, and I took off the tank lid and one of the parts was unattached, I called the desk (it was late) they told me there was no maintenance person there, and if we needed to go, then we could come downstairs, and would leave a note for the morning. Called in the morning for late check out and the toilet, still saud there would be no maintenance person there today either, she did offer to bring a key for another room to use the bathroom there. Door knob in the bathroom was about to fall out.
