The facility was very good and would have rated four or five stars but I only gave it two stars for one reason. My pet peeve is hotels that charge patrons to park. I find this recently developing practice to be extremely shabby.

I think when you check into a hotel the parking lot to be free. This is why I will never come back to this hotel parking is always free in Tennessee at the hotels when you pay for a room we travel to other states and this is the first time we’ve ever been charged for parking Did not like that at all

Unfortunately upon arrival they told me the hotel had overbooked but they could offer me two suites for the price of one. The issue with this was the toilet was not working in on of the rooms and so my guests reported it to the front desk and a maintenance person came to fix the problem. Unfortunately it was not fixed and so the toilet would not flush. The manager did take care of this issue by compensating my stay due to the inconvenience. Overall the breakfast buffet was delicious and the evening reception was excellent! I would stay again

This is our home away from home when we need hurricane evacuations! We also love coping to meet our family from the north as it a great midpoint in the country. We love the hiking, eating, shopping, and cleanliness of the hotel, plus the size of the rooms is great!

All good except for front desk staff. They seemed undertrained or burnt out. 3 different staff wouldn’t help us with transportation to airport, cell phone charger, no parking spaces 2 nights in a row even though we got charged, and even help with a mixed up 3rd party reservation. We’ve stayed here 3 times before but may not come back next trip to Kennesaw.
