The Southern Hospitality, exemplified in the Persona of Marisa, sits at the APEX of Customer Service. It's hard to fathom that Marisa MAY NOT be a Manager, which is a grievous violation. The way she listens FIRST and responds with a Courteous Solution, framed within the Sacred Etiquette of the Hotel Industry. She needs to be PROMOTED - immediately IF NOT SOONER!

This property wasn’t bad and was good for what we needed. If I could give the cleanliness a 2 1/2 star I would. It wasn’t that bad but there was just some weird substances on the wall and cover on the bottom of the bed that did not look good.

The only issue I had was there were no microwaves in the room. I had to walk downstairs just to heat up food. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again.
