Stayed mid-October. Fantastic resort, staff super friendly and attentive. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and received cakes and sparkling wines from the resort. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The resort was kept spotless and rooms cleaned each day. The location was great, near the beach, supermarkets, town and some great restaurants. Only thing I’d say could be improved upon is the heating of the indoor pool could be slightly warmer.

Great resort with some flaws
Fantastic place, couldnt fault how nice the rooms are and hotel. Onky downsides were 1. Location - it is on the outskirt of the town which means if you don't have a car you're talking 20-30 minutes of walking into town which is made hard since it is downhill and on the way back it is uphill 2. Barely any staff was knowledgeable in English which made it hard to order food/drinks 3. Kids - I love kids but there were a lot of families with kids and couples with kids which means a lot of noise 4. Not the best options for gluten free for breakfast. They have bread which isn't nice, cereals and croissant/madeleines (if they remembered to take them out of the freezer). No separate toaster either Otherwise can not fault the hotel. We were a couple with no kids and we went in September to avoid kids. If you have a family then great place as they have a kids playground and a small kids pool.

The property is overall nice and close to the beach. The interior of the apartment could be cleaner and in better shape and looks a little worn and rundown. The washing machine in our unit did not function properly . The showers were difficult to enter since they were up high .

On the first night of arrival we informed reception at 8pm there was a problem with ants in one of the bedrooms when we were leaving to go out for dinner, on our return at 12am nothing had being done about same only for the ants to have completely covered the beds, it took over 3 hours to get the matter resolved and moved to another room/villa. I note from reviewing previous comments another traveller had a similar problem in July 2023. Breakfast was poor and limited chose for what you would expect from a 5 star resort. Staff appeared to be indifferent to customers needs

This is a nice property that is convenient for families that want an apartment and kitchen but some of the hotel facilities issue we had was with the check-in team. They were not helpful at all and even though there were properties available as it was not fully occupied we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get our room on our first day even though we arrived at 11 am we were offered anywhere to change which was not ideal with children after a flight. Breakfast staff are friendly. Housekeeping was a bit hidden miss sometimes shower gel and towels would be replaced and sometimes not. We had an issue with our dryer, which was the only option to dry clothes after they had been washed. We did report this but it was not fixed.
