I rarely write a negative review because I try to see the good in everything and understand we are all humans doing our best. However, I need to write this so people who book manage their expectations. Do not expect good customer service and you will not be disappointed.
The pool area is tiny. That's ok but there are 8 chairs for the entire hotel. The staff service does not exist so the pool area is a disgusting mess by the middle of the day as nobody collects rubbish or puts out clean towels. I had to use my own bathroom towel at the pool. All the chairs are taken up by dirty towels so you don't know if they are free.
The girl at the tooftop restaurant is too obsessed with her own selfies for Instagram than taking your lunch order, but when it comes time to pay, that is a completely different story. After requesting to order lunch 3 times, they served nothing of what I ordered, the whole order was wrong but I just ate it rather than argue with the staff.
When I tried to put the cost of the meal on the room account they insisted on cash only. What sort of hotel is this?
After negotiating, they allowed me to pay by credit card. I of course had to go to my room to get the card.
Two minutes after being in my room someone was pounding on my door with a credit card machine demanding payment. NOT OK.
Whoever runs this hotel needs some intense training on how to do business. Upon checkout the Customer Service Manager tried to apologise to her credit. Do not recommend.
