The hotel was lovely. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the gentleman at the front reception! Service with a smile. Cannot fault the hotel. We always took a cab to places so can’t comment on safety of location.

Suite Hotel Casa Diamond is very well situated, with views of the Mosque and other sites. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and rooms are huge and it’s worth it to pay a little extra for the parkside view. Note that there is no alcohol-bring wonderful local wine from nearby stores.

Hotel condition is great, BIG rooms. Location great as well you can walk to Medina, Mosque and different areas. ! Housekeeping should inspect a little extra the room because there was only 1 very old towel with one big hole in it. They have mini bar menu but nothing inside of it. There was 1 one remote control for both TV (tv area and bedroom)

This hotel had the best amenities, architecture/aesthetics, and service out of all the hotels I booked in Morocco. The granite/stone floors were gorgeous, the room was sparkling. The free buffet breakfast was spectacular and made the price for one night worth it. I loved the suite outside the bedroom--it provided extra space for us to pray, store our luggage, and eat our dinner. There were mirrors throughout our unit, which made brushing my hair and getting ready in the morning easy. The kettle in the kitchen was difficult to use and turn on, which was a bummer. Also, at some point, the water in the bathroom came out reddish yellow when I turned it to the hot setting. Not sure what happened there. The shower had a proper glass door that closed and prevented water from spilling out, which was nice. The shower gels and shampoos were also high-quality and cute. The sofa bed in the living room was very high-quality, with very firm cushions. The staff provided me with sheets and pillows to cover the sofa right away, which was nice and I had very comfortable sleep. I overall loved this hotel and wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed here for 1 night. The first room I got was beautiful, however when I turned on the lights flys came out everywhere. I notified the front and was quickly given accommodations to a different room. This was obviously an unfortunate incident. Maybe upkeep and keep prep on the rooms. Other than that everything else was fine. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Overall very good experience. The only thing I would say please have the guy that carries the bags to the room to smile a little bit and be more polite. This would make a huge difference. If he hates his job so much maybe he is in the wrong career.
