The Villa is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, it is connected to the historic center by a pedestrian path. The large garden that surrounds it, on two levels and exposed to the west, enjoys a splendid sea view with a 7x3m swimming pool. Equipped with independent access with automatic gate, the building is on three levels. On the ground floor a large room, ideal for dinners and parties, opens on the square in front of which there is a barbecue area with a wood oven. A wide staircase leads to the garden above where the main entrance is located. On the first floor there is a large living room with a large bar, a built-in kitchen with direct access to the garden, outdoor dining, the sleeping area and two bathrooms. There are three bedrooms, double, single and one with two bunk beds. On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace.

Lovely property
Delightful villa, exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need to stay there. Welcome basket on arrival was very much appreciated. Communication was exemplary and cannot rate this highly enough. Will definitely return

Komfortables Haus mit schöner Aussicht
Wir haben die Woche im Haus sehr genossen. Das Anwesen befindet sich unmittelbar unter dem Dorfzentrum von Casale Maritimo. Zu Fuss sind es weniger als 10 Minuten (aber steil aufwärts) bis zu den 3-4 Restaurants in diesem idylischen alten Hügelstädtchen. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einzig das Licht in der Küche war etwas schwach. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man wie schon vom Garten eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Garten ist eher klein, doch mit dem Blick auf das Meer und die Hügel des Ortes hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abend war alles sehr ruhig - für die Zeit draussen ist Mückenspray angesagt. Zu den Stränden in Cecina, Marina di Bibbona oder Marina die Castagneto Carducci (empfehlenswert) war es zwischen 20 und 25 Minuten Autofahrt. Ein Besuch in Volterra haben wir auf Empfehlung vom Besitzer gemacht und haben es nicht bereut. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit grosszügigem Garten, von dem man Meerblick hat. Ideale Lage am Fuss eines kleinen Dorfs mit wenigen Fahrminuten zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-Out.

Tolle Ferien
Haus und Garten sind wirklich toll - einzig vom Rasen war leider nicht mehr viel zu sehen. Dadurch brachten unsere Hunde - und auch wir- immer relativ viel Dreck ins Haus. Sonst war wirklich alles super, der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe sehr sympathisch und nett. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, wurde das durch den Besitzer superschnell erledigt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Casale Marittimo mit Hund
Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund in der Villa mit Meerblick und besonders mit umzäuntem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist, dass man über eine Treppe hinter der Villa gleich im Ortszentrum von Casale Marittimo ist. Wenn man in der noch nicht so ganz warmen Jahreszeit reist, sticht hervor, dass die Villa über eine Zentralheizung verfügt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen, wenn wir in der Toskana Urlaub machen.
