Lovely place. Ideal location right on sea front. Within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars & Lidl
Can be a little noisy from the main road. But had a lovely time with friends staying here for Solheim cup which was walking distance. Used folder with local info for sail boat trip which was amazing. Any queries answered quickly & was very supportive when needing help with grocery delivery. Lovely pool. Would highly recommend

Beautiful house in amazing location
The house was perfect for our family. We've stayed in Duquesa, Manilva and Castillo in previous years, but location here was fantastic. Seconds from the beach and pool, and within 15 mins walk of bars and restaurants. Our children loved the water inflatable and paddleboarding in the sea (as did we!). The house itself is huge, rooms are bright and airy and its it beautifully decorated. The only niggles were the ants (but we kept on top of that), and the electric kept tripping - though temperatures were an average of 38 while we were there, so guessing the Spanish grid was struggling to cope. Sabinillas is a fab little town with plenty going on and very Spanish. We can't wait to return!

PERFECT ALL ROUND
Very nice, simply decorated property which is very near to many amenities. Supermarkets, restaurants, the community pool and the closeness of the sandy beach all made it the perfect location for a relaxing stay. It would be ideal if the TV could be connected to international viewing and not just spanish TV and a TV in each room would be fitting. The outside bbq has no grill and is a necessity for proper use of it and the balcony on the first floor facing west requires looking into because the old lady next door informed me that her home was suffering from dampness and after investigation the problem seems to be there is ingress of water through the balcony. However, considering the minor imperfections the place and area overall was perfect all round.
