Nice hotel, very friendly and clean. Only issue is their breakfast needs help! Says hot breakfast but it was just oatmeal and a waffle maker for hot food. No eggs or meat.

Half the time the key card did not work. I am older and all of the trolleys for luggage was never available, ice was an issue, and the continental breakfast was not worth it. I will not stay at this hotel again at least if i can avoid it.

The first night was a little rough due to an old A/C unit and unexpected buildint construction early the next morning. After discussing my concerns with hotel management, they went above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent value, great staff!!

It felt like we were the only people in the entire hotel. We went to our room and the AC didn’t work. They moved us to another. It was a strange feeling we had in the hotel Like maybe they were remodeling, like part of the hotel was closed I wouldn’t stay there again, and wouldn’t recommend it To others either

I loved my stay! I like how comfortable the bed was. We had issues with the tv and toilet. But those were just hiccups. I love how they had a heated pool and hot tub inside.

Our stay was fantastic in terms of the staff. Nothing but great things to say about all the assistance, attitudes and friendliness! They went above and beyond. We enjoyed the pool area, fitness room, and water bottle fillers. There appeared to be continental breakfast but our info said it was a sit down and be served. We didn’t have time for sitting and didn’t go by the first morning. It wasn’t until the second that we realized it was grab and go so we missed out on it. In terms of the room it was just ok. As we are told that they are remodeling I’m sure this will improve but it needed an updo and smelled of cig smoke. We did notice that it wasn’t the most clean in certain areas. High touch surfaces seemed ok but it was other attention to detail that was missed. However, for what we paid, it was worth it. We will definitely check it out as it progresses in its remodel if we are back through again.

They are in the middle of remodeling and the place is really in disrepair at this time, had a hard time getting into the building as the electronic keys wouldn’t work in any of the outer doors, it also didn’t work very well in the room door. The room was pretty clean but not in great repair

This hotel is huge, and the prices are great. It still needs some updating - but they seem to be hard at it. The staff was very friendly and for one night we had a comfortable sleep and stay.

I think once all the renovations are done with the hotel it will be very nice. The staff was so very nice, understanding and accommodating. We had a lot of issues with our room keys not working on our room and the outside entry, bc of the renovations, the key entry needs to be updated, which I know they are working on. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms are being updated but because they are in the process of doing that, it’s a little ramshackle. Again, once the renovations are complete, I think it will be a great place to stay.

Staff is exceptional. Hotel is located right next to the Platte River. Beautiful walking path. Decently quiet considering there is construction right out front on the highway. The hotel needs some updating and there's room for improvement on decor that's worn. There are locks on the doors, so not just anyone can get in. Honestly, I slept in a comfy bed and appreciated the kind and fast customer service. I'll take that any day!
