A corner of paradise is present In Sicily inside the Riserva dello Zingaro, La Palma dello Zingaro offers a sublime feeling of relaxation among the still uncontaminated nature of the natural reserve, with a breathtaking view that has no equal in any other house in the area, you will have the sensation of being on board a ship, surrounded by exotic plants in a position that always receives a pleasant breeze in the hot periods.
Being very close to the reserve will give you the opportunity to have a lot of silence and calm away from the noise of cars, to savor the true scents and sounds of nature such as birds singing in the morning, ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Do not hesitate to book, you will be welcomed by the owner with kindness who will always be at your disposal for any of your needs or requests.
The Villa has a heated swimming pool (depends on weather conditions between 24 max 32 degrees, 75- 90 fahrenheit) in spring and autumn for an always pleasant bath, a hot tub closed from June 1 to November 15 with no exceptions.
September, private internal parking for cars, two bathrooms one inside the house one outside, two outdoor showers, barbecue and stone oven plus outdoor kitchen for the summer, paths and terraces in the garden, Wi-fi, available for a fee collection of excellent wines, The price is all inclusive.
The property is single and independent, all the areas in the photos are private and exclusive for customers who book and stay overnight.

Paradise with a splendid host !!!

Serene retreat in a most beautiful setting

The photographs on the website do not do the justice to the place. Views are spectacular, even on a cloudy day. While the kitchen is very small, it is quite sufficient (but there were only two of us...) and can be augmented by the garden BBQ. The access to the property was a bit tricky, but Alfonso provided us with the specific google link that allowed us to find the place without any problem. We highly recommend the place as a place that one will never forget!

Wonderful property

This property had obviously been lovingly cared for. As others have stated, the view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces thoughtfully arranged. The owner was a great host, easy to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed. The wines he offers for purchase are excellent! The time we spent at this rental was peaceful, comfortable and the highlight of our Sicily stay. Highly recommend!

Dream vacation

The owner, Alfonso, was wonderful. He met us at the property and was always responsive. The property is more spectacular than the photos. The location couldn’t be better. Close to entrance to Zingaro reserve , and a 30 ‘walk to Scopello. We were 6 adults and had 3 bedrooms, 1 inside bathroom, 1 outside and 2 outdoor (private ) showers which we loved.

Absolutely perfect!

What a wonderful holiday! Alfonso was so helpful and the check-in was great - we didn't arrive until quite late but Alfonso was there to greet us and give us all the info on the house and the area. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. The outdoor space is stunning - we spent one day of our holiday just hanging out at the villa, as it's such a peaceful and beautiful place to be. The house is brilliantly situated, as it is peaceful, but you can also walk to the town (very pretty, with a good selection of restaurants), a local beach, and Zingaro Nature Reserve (recommended!! The water at the beaches is perfection). Erice is not to be missed as a day trip. I would absolutely recommend this property for your holiday - 10 out of 10 - thanks Alfonso!

The Most Beautiful View and Location

What an absolutely beautiful location this home has. The view is breathtaking. There were a total of 6 adults on this trip and the home was plenty spacious enough. We enjoyed that gorgeous view in the mornings, afternoons and at night looking at the lights of Castellammare de Golfo and Palermo. I could hear the waves crashing from the open window in the bedroom.I LOVED that. The home itself is extremely clean and furnished with everything you could possibly need; glasses, dishes, towels, extra pillows and even wine to purchase if you set that up before hand. The living room is inviting and cozy, the kitchen is fully functional with toaster, blenders and more. The bedrooms had shelving, air conditioning and fans and were very comfortable. The deck where we spent many evenings just relaxing is absolutely amazing!! The location itself on the West coast was ideal for us. One great feature is that its close to Scopello Market. We picked up food, snacks, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salami, proscuitto, peach juice etc there. Very convenient. At night we took a 5 minute ride to Scopello's tiny city center to enjoy casual dinners after our busy days. During the week we were there we went to Erice (1 hour), Trapani (50 minutes), Cefalu (2 hours..and not to be missed!) and Agrigento (2 hours). Castellammare de Golfo is about 15 minutes away and Palermo airport is only 50 minutes away. The home was in the perfect position for us to enjoy day trips with our rental car. The house is located on the border of the Zingaro Reserve and I highly suggest you hike this. Its a tad strenuous and there are steep parts but the payoff of seeing the views is worth it. You can walk there or I would suggest parking the car below because its quite steep returning to the house. Alfonso is VERY very nice and helpful. From before we left for the trip with all my questions to us trying to find the house (its not hard once you know where it is! :) to answering other questions he was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home on the west coast, away from all the craziness of the bigger cities. The view is so beautiful - today is our first day back and it was so sad not waking up to the ocean. I think I'm going to print up one of my beautiful photos and put it on my bedroom wall so I can ALWAYS wake up to that view. Thank you Alfonso - my family and I loved our trip in your beautiful home and we can't thank you enough!. Arrivederci! Until we meet again!!

Fabulous stay in a lovely villa with the most incredible sea view

From the moment Alfonso greeted us at his beautiful villa we felt relaxed and very happy with our choice. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. The outside space is the highlight with beautiful gardens and a cooling plunge pool with views across the bay. Scopello is a short drive away and very picturesque with plenty of good restaurants and bars, some with sea views. The nature reserve is just down the hill and there are a number of lovely beaches nearby. We would definitely like to return.

The most relaxing holiday ever?

We booked our holiday with relatively little knowledge of Sicily or the specific location of Scopello, but were lucky enough to find ourselves possibly the most relaxing holiday ever! The location of the villa was perfect for us, as we wanted to combine a bit of adventurous activity (which we found by walking in the nature reserve) with easy access to restaurants and more accessible beaches when we didn't want to walk too far. Scopello village is a traditional delight, and we were amazed at the range of restaurants and bars for such a small place with a limited online presence.The villa itself had everything we needed, with the variety in the outdoor space being the key to our enjoyment. We used the pool (which i would class as a dipping, rather than swimming pool), barbeque and pizza oven during our stay, and were able to vary where we sat, relaxed and ate depending on the weather, because of the many options provided. One of the reasons we picked the specific villa was because of the pictures of the view, but the pictures really do not do justice to the reality. The view is simply magnificent, day and night, and once the children were in bed we spent many evenings just admiring the view across the bay with drink in hand. Alfonso is the ideal host- he was there when we needed him to help us find the villa when we arrived very late in the evening and got a bit lost, provided us with some fantastic local traditional food as a surprise, was contactable at all times and helpful when required, but otherwise let us get on with enjoying the property to ourselves. We often say the world is too small a place to go to the same place on holiday twice, but are seriously considering going back to Scopello and Palma del Zingaro again in the future.

Touch of paradise

There is not much that we can add to all the previous reviews. They say all the wonderful things about the house, Scopello and Alfonso. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The house is so well equiped, with so many touches that make it so welcoming: the bottles of good sicilian wine, different typical products, at very good prices, and all the basics in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, spices, etc). We especially enjoyed the huge outside space, where you can sit, eat and contemplate the marvelous views from different parts of the terraces. Finally the litlle pool, where we spent lot of time, watching distant horizons during the day, and charmed at night by all the glittering lights on earth and above... Thank you so much Alfonso!

Wonderful views at Palma della Zingaro

We had 7 lovely nights at this villa. It has unrivalled views over the sea, coast, mountains and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The internal living areas are small but adequate with a good bathroom and useful second toilet. There is a good range of equipment in the kitchen too. It is the outdoor patios and spaces that make this house special however. The views are spectacular and the outdoor bbq and pizza oven are great for eating outside. There are also 2 cold-water showers in the gardens which are great for cooling down. Scopello, the nearest village, has a good selection of restaurants and a nice gelateria, bakery and coffee shop. There is a very good supermarket/deli a short drive away. The owner, Alfonso, was very pleasant and helpful and gave us a very thorough tour of the house on arrival. There are some nice touches in the house like a rack full of local wines at extremely reasonable prices. There were also some basic supplies already in the house eg coffee, oil etc. All in all, it's a great place to spend a few days.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben eine Woche im wunderschönen und liebevoll gepflegten und eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles was es zum leben und wohlfühlen braucht, ist vorhanden und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für uns gehabt. Wir inkl. Hund haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vor Ort kann man vieles unternehmen und alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser persönliches Highlight ist die Aussicht auf die Natur vom Ferienhaus aus. Toller Ausblick

Schönes Haus, mit grandioser Aussicht. Sauber und gepflegt. Schön angelegter Garten. Steile Anfahrt, aber nach ein, zwei Anfahrten kein Problem mehr. 4 Erwachsene als Gäste sind allerdings das Maximum. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieter Alfonso bei Anreise und Fragen.

Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Villa liegt am Rande des Nationalparks dello Zingaro. Es hat eine phantastische Aussicht über den Golf von Castellamare. Die Terrasse haben wir genutzt, um draussen zu Essen und Sonnenbaden. Die Nähe zum Nationalpark, zu Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani und die Strände in der Umgebung, machen es zu einem idealen Ort für Wanderlustige, Kulturbegeisterte und Meerbegeisterte.

Dream house

Very nice view on the gulf, quiet place and you can totally live outside! We loved the Scopello area with nice beaches and the Zingaro reserve just nearby is clearly a must. Top woning en locatie

Mooi ingerichte villa, alles voldoende aanwezig. Goede verzorging door eigenaar, vriendelijk en reageerd snel. Staat ook klaar voor tips en adviezen. Wij hebben oprecht genoten en kunnen deze villa van harte aanbevelen. Ook in de omgeving veel te zien en te doen. Huurauto is wel een must vinden wij. Alfonso bedankt!!

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Blick vom Haus auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel ist traumhaft. Das Haus liegt perfekt am Hang über dem Meer. Attraktiv ist auch die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet, das sehr schöne Wanderungen und Badegelegenheiten bietet. Zum nächstgelegen Strand kann man vom Haus aus in ca. 15 Minuten laufen (der Rückweg ist aber recht anstrengend, da es nur bergauf geht). man kann aber in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto an den Strand gelangen, der ^zwar klein, aber sehr schön ist. Insgesamt ist die Gegend um Scopello sehr schön. Das Gelände um das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, von denen man die schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und professionell. Meine beiden Kinder, mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

La villa est conforme aux photos Totalement isolée dans une impasse de quelques résidences, elle y est totalement au calme et bénéficie d'une vue impressionnante sur la côte et la mer Elle est à quelques centaines de mètres de l'entrée de la réserve naturelle qui est absolument superbe Aucun regret dans le choix de cette villa L'accueil a été très agréable et la personne en charge de la villa très disponible en cas de besoin

Vraiment Formidable

Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable, simple et confortable, literies de très bonne qualité, avec un point de vue exceptionnel sur la baie. Nous avons même eu la chance de prendre un petit déjeuner en terrasse début février. Nous recommandons fortement l'endroit et l'accueil très agréable d'Alfonso disponible et souriant malgré notre arrivée tardive à la villa. Les petits plus disponibles dans la villa: petit panier de victuailles ainsi qu'une cave a vins à petit prix vraiment très sympa. Le petit moins un manque de couverts.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und professionell. Meine beiden Kinder, mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!
