Continuing on you reach a bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The flat is air-conditioned and has an excellent wifi network.

Entering through the main gate, there is an outdoor terrace with a covered veranda in front of which is a large private garden equipped with an outdoor hydromassage bath (max. 4 people) and a small solarium with outdoor shower. A stone's throw from the picturesque Faraglioni of Scopello, the residential complex enjoys a strategic position for those who want the sea and tranquillity but at the same time the convenience of moving along the most fascinating attractions of Western Sicily, about 40 minutes' drive from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
The villa's peculiarity lies in the easy access to the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca that can be reached through a short tree-lined path that connects the residential complex to the beach. In addition, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the historic Tonnara di Scopello can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
Approximately 1 km away is the ancient village of Scopello with its typical bars, markets, restaurants and pizzerias.
