Chianti stop

Very beautiful place and kind hosts! We had the place to ourselves, was very quiet and relaxing. Would stay again.

A notre arrivé vers 17h30, il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Une petite note sur la porte d’entré donnait un numéro de téléphone pour rejoindre le propriétaire mais nous n’avons pas de téléphone mobile. Nous avons dû demander à un voisin d’appeler pour nous mais le propriétaire ne répondait pas. Le voisin a laissé un message sur la boîte vocale du propriétaire qui a fini par répondre vers 19h. Lorsque nous avons fini par rejoindre le propriétaire il nous a dit que nous devions l’appeler pour lui donner l’ heure de notre arrivée. Nous lui avons dit que sur le site Expedia.ca il était indiqué qu’il devait y avoir quelqu’un pour nous accueillir entre 16h et 19h. Le propriétaire nous a dit que ce n’était pas du tout l’entente qu’il avait avec vous. Nous lui avons fait lire sa page sur votre site et il a dit que c’était faux et qu’il communiquerait avec vous pour faire les corrections qui s’imposent. Disons que ça ne débutait pas bien notre séjour. L’emplacement est très bien quoi que pas bien indiqué à l’entrée de la petite route pour s’y rendre. Petit déjeuner et le site vraiment très bien.
