The 150 m² holiday home 'Homely Feeling' is centrally located in Castelnuovo del Garda and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and its own balcony and can therefore accommodate 12 people. 2 of the single beds in one of the rooms can be made a double bed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, a washing machine, 5 TVs and air conditioning.
Guests have access to a shared garden with seating furniture and can cook delicious meals outside on the grill. Each bedroom has a private balcony which is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink.
Thanks to the convenient location of the holiday home, all the essentials are within walking distance. The nearest restaurant is just 4 minutes away on foot (300 m) and there is a supermarket just 3 minutes away on foot (250 m). A large selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The shores of the beautiful Lake Garda are just a 12-minute drive away (6.8 km). The nearest airport is in Verona, just 21 minutes away by car (15.5 km), so your holiday can start as soon as you land.

Terrible deceitful liars. DO NOT RENT!

This is a disgusting property. It is located in an unsafe part of town. The home itself is shared with a senile old man who walks around the property half naked. The pictures are completely deceiving. There is no space for a family to get together and it is set up more like a hostel than a house. The bedrooms are ample size, but the place itself is a dump. There is nothing homely about this place. The management company lies to you to get you to their place and then does nothing to accommodate you thereafter.. my family was over charged, treated terribly, and then when we left after a 12 hours of feeling unsafe, we were told to complain to VRBO in order to start a refund…. After months of wasted time, we were offered $100 of the more than $1,500 we wasted on a 2 night stay. This is a complete scam listing. BUYER BEWARE!

A lovely property in an ideal location

We were a family of 6 with adults and teenagers. The rooms were ideal as each room had an en-suite and the air conditioning was lovely. The property was very clean and Danielle was very helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. It was a nice quiet spot and the beds were comfy so we slept very well. We didn't have a car but the bus stop was a short 5 minute walk away and the 164 stopped at Peschiera del Garda, Gardaland, Lazise, Bardolino and Garda so it was easy to get around. We also had a day trip to Verona which was lovely. There are a couple of supermarkets a 10 minute walk away and we treated ourselves to croissants and baguettes each morning. We would recommend 'Homely Feeling'.

Wonderful Property

We loved our stay here. Comfy mattress, good pillows, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, good hot water and pressure and managed very well. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Grocery stores within walking distance. Property was very well decorated and comfy. We can’t say enough about the gracious owner and how much she helped us! Highly recommend!

Perfekt für Gruppen geeignet!

Die Gastgeberin Danielle ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und auf Zack, die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war perfekt und uns wurde ein super einfacher Check in und out ermöglicht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand, alles ist gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Die 4 Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind alle sehr heimelig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Platz ist genug, leider gibt es keine Schränke um Klamotten einzuräumen, nur eine Garderobe mit Bügeln. Die Bäder sind alle großzügig geschnitten und modern. Im Untergeschoss findet man einen Waschraum, den wir als Abstellraum benutzten (Uns wurde sogar Waschmittel gestellt, was ich sehr großzügig fand.), und die große Küche mit Esstisch. Von der Ausstattung ist alles vollkommen ausreichend, evtl. bietet es sich an selber ein paar Geschirrtücher mitzubringen. Von der Küche geht es raus zum Außenbereich mit einem Gartenschlauch zum abkühlen und guten Sitzmöglichkeiten um abends gemütlich draußen zu sitzen. Man muss wissen, das es keinen Garten mit Rasen gibt, sondern alles mit kleinen Steinen (etwas spitz) bedeckt ist, was für Familien mit Kindern zum Spielen evtl ungünstig ist (nur direkt am Haus ist ca 1m gefließt). Es gibt eine Grillecke mit großem Grill. Der große Famila ist sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort bekommt man über Frühstücksbrötchen bis Grillkohle alles. Castelnuovo ist ein kleines Örtchen, mehr als einen Spaziergang und in einem der beiden Restaurants (besonders zu empfehlen: Pizzaria „Ai Tiesti“, 3 min zu Fuß, super Pizza und sehr günstige Preise) essen gehen kann man nicht, aber man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell in anderen Städten, wie Peschiera oder Lazise und Bardolino. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Auswahl und bedanken uns bei der super Gastgeberin!
