For children and pets there is a large green outdoor space to explore with a five-a-side football goal for fun times with friends. In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far.
A few km away is the border with the region of Umbria, in 15 minutes by car you will be able to reach the golden beaches of Lake Trasimeno, with its characteristic villages and islets to discover.
