Checking in was great but our stay was not. The hottub wasn't operational. The pool was murky. You could see debris floating in it through the lights. Was woken up both mornings to a backup beep of a truck and transferring steel beam from a trailor to a truck. Not great.

Nicely renovated hotel. Clean and quiet . Our room did not get made up ( 2 night stay). However the evening front desk staff were very hospitable and apologetic when we went to get coffee packages and even offered option of free breakfast the next morning as compensation which more than made up for earlier issue. Kudos to those staff!

This is a decent hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the facilities were clean. We actually spent very little of our visit at the hotel but found it very satisfactory.

The room was very dark even with all of the lights on. It was really hard to read a book without proper lighting. The air conditioner was really noisy - had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep Continental breakfast that was offered for an extra fee sounded really good, but turned out to be nothing special We also had problems with the rear door to the property. It was supposed to be locked and secure, and needing a room key to enter that way. But it just didn't work and so was being blocked open all the time or not working at all. Not convenient at all after we were told it would be easier for us to park around the back and use the rear doorway to get in and out. After all that it might have been nice to have a soak in the hot tub but it was out of order. As for the pool, it was pathetically small and not inviting for either of us. We definitely won't be staying there again.

Our room was nice and clean, front desk staff very helpful. However the atrium pool is very tired- and poor ventilation in there made it too hot and stuffy to sit around the pool - I would say over 30 degrees C. Needs a Reno badly.

Staff were friendly! Faucets in bathroom showroom were not working. The toilet would run after flushing. Hot tub was not working and unfortunately the area had bottles and a bit of garbage around. There were no towels in the pool area. House keeping had the room clean.
